  1. Bump, still on the hunt for a set of knackered headlights (or just the lenses) if anyone's got any?
  2. My 7 year old is a Dr Who nut too, have to say I enjoy sitting down to watch it with him, it's a good show. Disappointing tonight though, the Christmas one is usually magic but this one wasn't great, maybe they've saved it all for next week's.
  3. Congratulations to the family gutted for the wee one though, a birthday on Christmas day must feel like a right cheat!
  4. £600 will get you a quality (Advan etc) set of second hand rims with tyres if you're patient and watch the for sales like a hawk bud, especially if they're in need of a refurb. Keron's got a set of racing hart's in 19" for around that price at the minute, I'll have a look for the link. £100 will cover blasting and powdercoating (I've the number and address of a place near Donaghadee that will do it for this price) in black, but on a white car you'd probably be better off going for black centres with a polished lip. You could be lucky and get a bargain, I bought a set of 18x9 and 18x10 split rims for £180 in Larne last week, they're currently with the powder coaters Edit: link to Keron's for sale thread, looks like someone's taken the Hart's https://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=204757
  5. Boards of Canada, Aquarius 9GgWbgtjVow Trippy!
  6. Loads! I love Tom Petty's Free Falling, and for getting totally lost then Floyd's Welcome to the machine is amazing (long list of PF songs actually, Shine on you crazy diamond, Comfortably Numb etc, all magic), my guilty pleasure is Forever in electric dreams by Phil Oakey 5gqT6En2O78&feature=related ZB_2oIKUVks dLgI6vS_NSw
  7. Ebay have them bud http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Tire-Wheel-Valve-Stems-90-Degree-Angle_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem56381f717aQQitemZ370308772218QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories Also available from a uk bike specialist (towards the bottom of the page), but I don't know if they're the same size for a car as a bike, you could maybe ring them to find out. http://www.devonwheels2work.co.uk/acatalog/Bike_Accessories.html
  8. That'll be the one, pm on it's way

That is jaw-dropping, so much nicer than it was before bud (and it was awesome before too lol). Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh
  10. I'm after a shroud if it's for sale bud?
  11. I know it's not keeping with the US style that you're aiming for Ed, but I always thought that UK headlights suited a white Supra. Any other colour and I'd have said facelift are better.
  12. I did what you're looking to do Pis ( ), bought it as full fiberglass as I couldn't stretch to the carbon option at the time, and had the bottom of the skirts, spats and bumper wrapped in carbon. If I was doing it again I'd have saved a bit more and bought it complete from Paul as it's worked out around the same price anyway. Mine came out well though, it's something that anyone with the know-how to do proper wrapping should be able to do for you alright.
  13. Stop faffin about and get them bought bud, they're up there as one of the nicest wheels money can buy, and they're a bargain. If you can't live with where they sit in the arch you can always go for a set of hub-centric spacers to push them out a little more.
  14. Cheers guys, some very useful info I'll keep you posted.
  15. Some here Jurgen https://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=195004
  16. Thanks for the reply Chris I have been wondering about anodising, there's a company local to me that do it but I haven't spoken to them yet. I have a set of aluminium tuner nuts that I want to get anodised, any idea of a ball park cost to get them done (so that I know if I'm getting a good deal, or getting my eye wiped!)? I want a satin/matt finish for the wheels themselves so ruled out anodising for that. I assume then that soda blasting will leave a good enough finish to allow me to get them painted?
  17. Oops, forgot you had them too Dude, sorry!
