  1. Missed this first time round, that's outstanding Broomie
  2. Thanks guys, I've ordered a set in titanium I had a nightmare with aluminium ones in the past, never again!
  3. I'm looking a new set of wheel nuts, I'm fitting extended wheel studs (20mm longer) and 10mm spacers so I expect I'll need longer nuts. I found these muteki nuts on ebay, I was wondering if anyone used them before and any good/bad experiences to report? They're steel rather than aluminium which is an obvious plus, I had aluminium ones in the past but they were terrible. Any other alternatives if these are no good? Ta! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Muteki-SR48-Wheel-Lug-Nuts-TITANIUM-M12x1-5-Honda-Mazda-Mitsubishi-Toyota-/272107044729?hash=item3f5ad7ff79:g:vBIAAOSwGvhT9INZ
  4. I had a hairy moment this morning in the supra, I was stopped at a red light at a junction leading onto a 4 lane road (2 lanes each direction), when it went green I took off slowly but lost all traction and had a bit of a drift across the two (thankfully empty) lanes in front of me, the two opposite lanes were full of traffic queued at lights and I had a bus full of people sitting looking out at me sliding towards them. The looks on some of their faces was funny, I tried hard to look all casual like I'd meant to do it, don't know how convincing I was
  5. Cheers guys, thought you'd like them Jake Centres are in great condition so I'm planning on just replacing the SSR stickers on them, one lip needs a bit of attention and they all just need a polish to bring them up like new hopefully. I got them through JDM Distro who were absolutely brilliant, helps when the guy is a member & supra owner
  6. For a diy moisture trap, a sock filled with cat litter and tied at the top will do the same job
  7. Cheers Carlo & Greg, I'm like a dog with two dicks today
  8. Have been waiting a long long time for the right set of SSR SP1's to come up, I bit the bullet this week and bought these I'm going to get the lips polished up and probably won't fit them until the weather improves
  9. I need some extended studs, and was going to order the ones in Robert's earlier post. Any update from people who have used them, have they been ok?

    Sharia laww

Religion + politics = a disfunctional legislature and only serves to increase divisions in society - northern Ireland is a prime example, that said its better than what went before it

I take your point, and I'm just poking the bees nest with my stick, no offence intended just pointing out the irony

I wonder if the mkiv Indian elephant owners club had a similar topic of conversation when the British colonists came to their country and imposed their views, laws and religion upon them
  13. That's a great shout we need some photoshop's!
  14. Yep they'll settle once back on the ground and after a drive
  15. Amazing wheels, been waiting to see how they'd look on the car, fitment looks spot on is it sitting high because it had been jacked up, will the height settle? I pulled the trigger on a set of SSR Professors on Saturday edit: what were the specs Chris?
  16. I got one for Christmas in 1984 http://www.onemetal.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/tomytronic.jpg
  17. He's an old married man now, the boss says he's not allowed to play with the etch-a-sketch until the housework's all done
  18. Nice one Andrew, thanks again for producing it, a lot of effort goes into organising this every year - you're a star
  19. There's a set of traffic lights at the end of the offslip near where I work, traffic's a bit of a nightmare and it's the busiest junction in NI apparently. A couple of weeks ago I was sitting at the red light and was in a bit of a rush to get into work as I had a meeting first thing. I decided to save myself a bit of time when I arrived in the carpark to go ahead and put my disc-lock on lights changed to green and my stupidity dawned on me Had to switch off the ignition, take the key out to unlock the disc-lock, disarm the immobiliser and start the car again, by which time the lights had changed back to red. I could see the funny side, the rest of the traffic didn't appreciate it...
  20. These are my Stich Mesh's, similar in looks to the xxr's - they were 18x8 et27 front and 18x9.5 et32 rear so virtually the same fitment (only 1 or 2mm difference) as the sizes you've quoted above. I'm lowered on coilovers, there was plenty of clearance on the fronts (I had the tabs folded back anyway but probably didn't need to) and I had my rear arches rolled but I had chunky enough tyres on them (265/35 rears).
