just finished reconditioning my uk brakes today, it is really easy. Parts cost £35 from toyota which will do both the fronts. If you can get a piston removal tool its even easier. look at this link http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showpost.php?p=785858&postcount=10

what a great day. many thanks to everyone who organised this, especially lui for sorting tickets etc. all the supras looked amazing, still cant believe the weather held off. this was my first supra event in 2 years of membership so was nice to finally meet some of you. looking forward to the next one!

Ive only just done them, with new stickers and everything which is why i didnt want a new one. Id have to repaint that aswell then!

u can get the needle to go about 3mm below the bottom line before it runs out. I ran out yesterday taking a customers car back because he left it with us with no petrol and refused to pay for any to be put in so we could deliver it back to him!

Just got my car back from its regular check from the toyota specialist i use and have been told that a piston in one of my callipers is possibly seized. They said that i would need a new calliper but surely they can just been reconditioned with the appropriate parts from toyota? Ive reconditioned the brakes on my capri which was pretty simple but has anyone done them on a supra as i imagine they are quite difficult. Do you need any special tools or anything? any help would be greatly appreciated as i guess brand new callipers are bloody expensive!

which way are you all heading when you leave the motorway? i only live down the road from castle combe so maybe i could meet you all on the a46 at junction 18?

i have one but i dont if that makes sense lol. i bought a complete setup but only need the large plastic tray that holds everything together so the rest is spare. still waiting for it all to be delivered though

thanks for your reply mate. done a quick search earlier on here and found 42 offset for the fronts and 45 for the rears so ill go with that and hope for the best!
