  1. Hi all, After sending the supra away for some TLC, I have discovered a few nice items that I have collected over the years and never got round to fitting (or I have removed them from my own car) Some of these items are rare and are difficult to price. I am open to offers on all parts, if you require any further pictures or info please let me know. I haven’t included postage costs, but I can obtain these should anyone require. I will not post the wind deflectors due to them being so fragile. I live near Bristol if anyone wants to collect. I work shifts so depending on what I’m working, some things may get posted quicker than others (and I may need to source packaging) I will do my best to get anything posted within a week of selling. polished fan shroud, well made and quite thick, has some imperfections which Ive tried to show in the second photo. £200 ono Polished stainless steel kick strips with etched supra logo £150 ono Fuel tank guard. Pretty rusty, no holes though so I think its salvageable. Painted 020 white and waxoiled inside £50ono Megan racing adjustable rear toe links. Only bought as I couldn’t get oem ones. Probably covered about 5000 miles. Boots and ball joints are good, Threads look fine aswell. £70 ono rear trailing arms. Painted in 2k gloss black although could do with repainting. Bushes look ok, removed at around 90k for new oem. £70ono Twin turbo vac pipes removed from my 1994 uk spec (removed as I fitted a painted set) £40ono Pair of engine mounts removed from my 1994 uk spec as I had TRD mounts fitted. Car had approximately 110k when removed. £80ono Brand new TRD gearbox mount for v160. £100ono Front and rear anti roll bars painted in 2k paint although could do with repainting as there is a bit of surface rust. Recently fitted with new D bushes. Removed from 1994 uk spec at about 90k as I had TRD ones fitted. £350 ono OEM wind deflectors, some surface scratches, no cracks etc, and has all tabs/mounts etc. Would need fresh double sided tape for fitment. £150ono ARC polished airbox. Beautifully made, comes with new filter. Never fitted this as I needed to modify the pipework on my uk spec and never got round to it. £500ono Do Luck rear defuser?, purchased second hand. Has no mount brackets and needs a bit of work. Its quite heavy and has a few cracks in it. Another thing I never got round to fitting £100 ono Carbon fibre ducting. Has a few marks on it. Never got round to fitting, I dont think it was compatible with my koyo radiator.
  2. Were you the person that outbid me on ebay last weekend and won for £43?
  3. Thanks for the heads up rider Ive only ever used the genuine red toyota coolant in my 16 years of ownership. I change all the fluids in the car every 3 years (apart from engine which is yearly) Ive often thought that its not the matrix for this reason. Ive repaired a fair few windscreen washer systems on various cars that have suffered with the blue jelly substance you mentioned which clogs the pump filter. I only ever use clean water in my cars now which I also change quite often.
  4. Thanks scooter I used your write up when I flushed my matrix during lockdown but I still couldnt get any hot air. I phoned keron for a matrix and he suggested filling with water and blowing through with an air compressor. I’ll give that a go as a last ditch attempt. I emailed a company in leeds and they think they’ll be able to recore them. If anyone has dimensions of a supra core or a scrap one that would be amazing!
  5. Thanks buddy I spoke to Keron earlier, hes pretty convinced that I’ll be able to flush it with compressed air, so I’ll give that a go when I get the car back. I have tried it already with a hosepipe attached to the pipes on the bulkhead in both directions but didnt see an improvement heat wise. I’m sure he said the only ones he has are the ebay type ones which are smaller and don’t produce the same amount of heat as oem ones.
  6. Hi all, I’m pretty sure my heater matrix has finally given up so I’m wondering what my options are for replacing it. I’ve spoken to Chris Wilson as his contact in germany who do the intercoolers can reproduce them. He said they aren’t keen unless they can get 30 orders in due to making the tooling etc so thats a no go. I’m not overly keen on the ebay ones as the heat output isn’t great from the research Ive done. Theres a company in leeds called northern radiators who say they can reproduce aluminium matrix’s but I’m guessing they’d want one to copy and I don’t fancy removing mine until I get a replacement. Does anyone have an old knackered one (or a good one) that I can buy to send away? My supras a uk spec but I’m guessing the uk’s and Jap’s use the same heater matrix’s? Or is there another option? Many thanks, John
  7. Has keron not got a good used set to keep you going for a year?
  8. Whats the chances of getting another group buy going on these?
  9. ah ok, I didnt realise B6’s were unavailable. theres a front pair on ebay listed by larkspeed and a rear pair listed by tunershop or have you already tried them?
  10. Does Chris not do his bilstein set up any more? He supplied and fitted a set to my supra a few years back, the ride quality and handling improved massively over the tein coilovers I previously had fitted.
  11. Black supra in yatton high street about 1pm. Looked lovely, Think the last 3 letters were ABT. Anyones on here?
