  1. I can't get GE working on my work PC but if you type (PE29 6TW) into google maps and zoom in this is quite scary It's local to me so it made it into the local papers... was on the register and BBC national news too I'd be well piss*d if that was my house
  2. I don't remember it happening but we were shown it at our fire training too. The marshals had chained the entrances shut to stop people coming in after the game had started, so they all ran down the tunnels to escape and got stuck... by the time the people pushing from the back had realized it was blocked, the fire had trapped loads of people in the tunnel. The guy leading the fire training was saying that the guy on fire would have actually been dead by that point, his body was just in shock from the nerve damage. Horrific... all because of a load of rubbish...

    hi

    Hello and Welcome
  4. Mine just arrived in the office I'll take some pics and send them after lunch... They look good
  5. Seriously is annoying but I think it's more just kids nicking them cos it's easy... Those are the ones I've got and they look really good...
  6. My lodger had 3 sets nicked off his MR2 during the summer!!! I caught a group of kids down by his car trying to take the last of four shiny TRD ones and walked all four of them round to their parents houses - They were bricking it big time - the first mother went absolutely balistic and grounded the kid for a week! apparently he'd been in trouble for exactly the same thing before... We've both got the spinning siver anti-theft valve caps now and they seem to do the trick - well worth the £12 IMO
  7. I think I'll need to take it off to get a decent fit... This one caught my eye... the one in the shop def wasn't black - but this doesn't say if it's plastic or not...
  8. I had a look at my local Hellfords on Saturday - I did like the mesh they had in stock but i'm a bit worried it'll look too shiny for my tastes... The black plastic is what's on the stock front at the moment... I guess I'm looking for something in between. I guess some kind of black chrome would be perfect? Love the bomex front by the way mine's due for arrival this week
  9. Can someone suggest a good place to buy Grill Mesh? I don't really want the shiny chrome stuff, and I don't fancy spraying it.. Is there a dark metalic sytle mesh out there? anyone got any pics?
  10. All my toys are still in the packaging Nah just kiddding, quite the opposite really
  11. I think the Bling Matt protector is the way forward Shall we start a group buy list? lol
  12. Yay :) Just in time for christmas Does anyone have any ideas for keeping them clean? Perhaps some protective mats on top of these ones
  13. Can't they cure herpes then? I've been very lucky in the past - only thing I've ever caught was thrush... I didn't have any symptoms and didn't know guys could get it...
  14. The real danger of course is that it's your workmates daughter that would really get in trouble... Your Ex was just gossiping with a colleague (although she shouldn't be) and would probably just get told off. It sounds like it was your workmates daughter that broke confidentiality outside of the office and could probably stand a chance of formal disciplinary or even dismissal... If you've got to work with this girls father, I'd probably just put it down to experience and remember which door to go in next time
  15. Very awkward situation but you were def doing the right thing.... If you complain it could make it worse... On the other hand - the damage is done and she does deserve a arse kicking for breaking confidentiality...
  16. There seems to be a lot of confusion over people's rights when purchasing goods. The traders are on here to make a living and as customers we are looking for a good deal. The problem often seems to be that couriers refuse to take responsibility for damaged goods and just pass the blame to the traders. Can I suggest that one of the mods writes some guidance on the legal responsibility of Traders/Couriers/Customers??? As I understand it... if as a customer you are unhappy with a product for any reasonable reason, it is your legal right to return it as long as you make the trader aware straight away... People need to be aware that when couriers ask for a signature - there's a lot of small print (basically saying that the item has been checked and is in good condition)
