  1. I did Tang Soo Do when I was younger and tried Aikido about 4 or 5 years ago.. The Aikido was far more disciplined and structured utilising the power of an attack to counter... got very strong and toned quickly without realizing it as there is a lot of constant stretching and balance work. More defense based though - no kicking or punching. I really should start up again...
  2. My center bolt is pretty badly stripped too but for that reason Ive never done it up just in case... However my roof is also stuck on at the moment as the end of the Allan key broke off in one of the bolt holes so you have my sympathy. Let us know how it goes.
  3. I guess that's a no then I've got a Clifford on mine... anyone got a Falcon?
  4. Got a call from Lui earlier to let me know this tragic news. Just seen his pic and horror struck, realised that I met him briefly at Santa Pod only a couple of weeks ago. I remember ages ago, reading his entertaining project thread with such interest and was well chuffed to see the finished work at Jap Show, I have such respect for anyone that has the guts to work on their own car but I think Ric's spray booth setup will def stand out and become part of club legend, the pics are pure classics and I'll never forget them. My heart and sympathy goes out to his family and friends - I couldn't help but shed a tear after reading all these heartfelt comments, especially listening to that classic track. RIP Rik Rob

  7. Oh, man that's an awesome result! I'm with Barclays now as the Woolwich is no more... I wonder how that will work? I've got all my statements and charge letters for the last 6 years so I think I'll be diging them out...

  11. Yep I thought she was really nice but her bf kept glaring at me... lol why do guys go out with girls like that if they're insecure???
  12. I remember the guy on the intercom saying that there were lots of blue winners this time the Blue Sup won a prize I think...
  13. There's lots of interesting design ideas but it doesn't seem to work... I always thought the Aston style vent was something that would really work on the supra but it's just too large and plasticie.. Another Pic Here
  14. Hi just thought I'd mention that you had a nearside brake light out, meant to catch up with you at the show but forgot...
  15. OK, I apologies first off but I have to ask... who were the two outrageously hot young ladies in the Red mkiv with no spoiler? If I'd had a hat on, I'd have tipped it your way, just had to say, you both looked stunning especially in that car I was the tall damp guy in the blue psycho top (prob with my jaw on the floor) who gawked in as you were in the queue waiting to leave... Rob
  16. Very wet day - Pictures Here
  17. Saw this again today and still looks awful! Had to take some pics of the panel gaps I feel sorry for the new owner they obviously didn't know the history... The wheel spacers were insane!!!
  18. would have been such a good day if it wasn't for the damn weather we must have had the best club turnout despite the rain? Shame the A509 was on divert too
  19. I had this problem after having work done there, luckily my mate suggested trying the lights b4 we left and it was all cocked up, changed bulbs in the end as that's why they were out but they had wired one of the lights in backwards too! I ended up buying a new set of lights off ebay in the end
