I did Tang Soo Do when I was younger and tried Aikido about 4 or 5 years ago.. The Aikido was far more disciplined and structured utilising the power of an attack to counter... got very strong and toned quickly without realizing it as there is a lot of constant stretching and balance work. More defense based though - no kicking or punching. I really should start up again...

My center bolt is pretty badly stripped too but for that reason Ive never done it up just in case... However my roof is also stuck on at the moment as the end of the Allan key broke off in one of the bolt holes so you have my sympathy. Let us know how it goes.

Got a call from Lui earlier to let me know this tragic news. Just seen his pic and horror struck, realised that I met him briefly at Santa Pod only a couple of weeks ago. I remember ages ago, reading his entertaining project thread with such interest and was well chuffed to see the finished work at Jap Show, I have such respect for anyone that has the guts to work on their own car but I think Ric's spray booth setup will def stand out and become part of club legend, the pics are pure classics and I'll never forget them. My heart and sympathy goes out to his family and friends - I couldn't help but shed a tear after reading all these heartfelt comments, especially listening to that classic track. RIP Rik Rob

I had this problem after having work done there, luckily my mate suggested trying the lights b4 we left and it was all cocked up, changed bulbs in the end as that's why they were out but they had wired one of the lights in backwards too! I ended up buying a new set of lights off ebay in the end
