Hammer has done the job cheers guys Next problem is how to push the piston back to fit the pads??? any ideas?

Errr... I'm changing the rear discs on my J-Spec I've got the caliper off and the pads are gone but the disc is holding on firm... I remember reading something about winding the handbrake adjuster? or something like that but I didn't think that not doing that would stop the disc coming off??? Any help would really be appreciated!!!

I'm thinking of attempting this on Saturday morning... (My Mot is booked for 12:00) I'm sure I must be mad Any further tips anyone? I haven't seen a guide with pics yet so I'll take a few and post something up afterwards... Rob

What are the alternatives? Endless discs are totally overkill... Mintex don't make discs for the supra... I can get the EBC rear discs for £120... TBH I was hoping to get away with just the pads but I think the off side rear pad is down to the metal as the disc now feels rough The near side is fine, nice and smooth... I need my lodger back.... anyone want to rennt a room in St Ives?

Hi guys I'm looking to aquire a set of rear discs and red stuff pads for my 1993 J-Spec N/A? I've looked at Endless but the car really doesn't get pushed hard enough to justify it. I'm looking at the red stuff - Can someone quote me happy please? Rob

Hi guys Has anyone got any J-Spec rear discs laying around? I'm not looking for brand new ones but they would obviously need to have some life left in them. I'm very skint at the moment so don't really want to have to buy brand new ones... Rob

I've read the books and find them very entertaining, IMO the style of writing does seem to have matured a bit with the characters too but predominantly they still are children's stories but so is the Hobbit and that's frikin awesome The last one is very dark subject matter, dealing with death loss and sacrifice, I can't think that many 7-11 yr olds can really appreciate the content... p.s. I've never read the Sun either...

No progress yet as I still haven't received the EL strips!!! I've contacted the company and they are running late... still...
