  1. ah, my mate has the Clifford software on his laptop. I wouldn't have a clue how to change the crank timing though... I thought it might have something to do with the new wirring for the rear lights as I now have the afterburner style lights and the reversing/fog light conversion. I was gonna try changing the wirring back to the original tonight just to see if it works...
  2. It's an Auto N/A It used to work fine, but now the lights come on as if it's gonna start but then just go off again - same as if the car was in gear.
  3. Hi guys It's getting fairly cold now and I need to be warming the car up in the mornings. Problem is that the intelistart has stopped working??? I can't remember exactly when it stopped but I'm thinking it might coincide with when I changed the wirring on the rear lights? has anyone else had similar problems with remote start on Clifford type alarms? Can you suggest a fix? Rob
  4. I thought that the idea of these road side penalties is that you have to acknowledge that you were speeding and accept a fine or oppose the accusation and they take you to court and prove it?
  5. yeah, it's the Toyota Euro-Spec Spoiler... bit lower than than the stock J-Spec and stretched further back. Bad thing is you can't see anything out of the rear window
  6. You offered me about hallf what I wanted too
  7. curious about both to be honest.... have you got any good pics of the dials in daylight?
  8. Lukey is far too tight to ever own a roof spoiler
  9. very tallented lady shame she came through x factor cos she'll never make it big time cos of it... none of them do...
  10. Exactly /vbb/images/smilies/bbcode_grin.gif this should perhaps be moved to the spirited chronicles???
  11. I really don't agree with the severity of this 'Epic' bashing... It's very easy to go over the speed limit on a road like that and cars like these are still safe at that kind of speed. I would say that the average speed on our stretch of the A1 is probably about 85/90 and that includes corsa's and ka's and all sorts of junk... To give you an idea of the type of road it is, it's the one Top Secret did the 200mph Supra run on! As far as children playing in the middle of the motorway are concerned! WTF! where are the parents??? When I was young my mother told me never to cross the road without looking both ways... she ever even had to say don't walk onto a four lane motorway!!!! If you want to get angry at people for going 35mph over the speed limit speak to the ones who do it in a 30! there's plenty of them around...
  12. lucky boy... you could have been walking everywhere for the next year The A1 is a very dangerous road... four lanes, so easy to creep over 100 without even realising it... especially when it's quiet... where exactly were you?
  13. So where do we buy them from?
  14. make sure you keep the arch linings... the Bomex looks pap without them, very plastic and flimsey looking... I'm trying to get mine fitted again as the bodyshop didn't replace them...
  15. Just report it to your manager... by law they have to do something about it.
  16. What happened to Rob's Bonnet Si?
  17. I like the Chargespeed one too, looks a bit different... Don't worry about it, there's always some idiot that feels the need to vent his jealousy by criticizing cars, just treat them like the child they are
  18. Ah, you'd loose that awesome expensive veilside paintwork if you changed the bonnet mate
  19. I've never seen a corsa with proper louvered bonnet.... They're all just cut vents or stuck on scoops...
  20. Do they look like these? http://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/images//products/large/120-2100.jpg Or these? http://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/images//products/large/125-2000.jpg
