No Supra owners fancy having a crack at this then? I've got a friend who's thinking of enteriing his Mr2 but as yet there are no Supras registered.... mainly GT4s by the look of it...

Awesome thread this... has anyone fitted hids to full main and fog lights? is there enough room for 6 ballasts in the supra?

It really angers and sickens me to think that people still act like this... everyone deserves the right to do or wear whatever the hell they like without being harrassed or beatten because of it. I don't know what would happen if I came accross a situation like that but there's no way I could walk away and ignore it. These are not decent human beings and should not be treated as such... I hate the way this country molly coddles criminals, someone who violates another persons human rights should have theirs stripped away... lock them up and throw away the key, don't give them an NVQ and Sky TV... Yup those look like mine. I'm sure I got mine off ebay, I'll have a look in my history to make sure... {just checked and the maximum history for ebay purchases is 60 days! could have sworn it used to be more than that}

fair points matt, i've added the 5spd to this thread... Nothing wrong with the autobox (I've got one and it's awesome) I was just curious as to how many people have done Aero conversions as I'm looking into it as I fancy a change What exactly would you have to do to change a non facelift into a facelift then? Obvious stuff like dials and indicators would need changing but were there significant mechanical and engine changes to J-Spec cars post 96?

The problem is the space above the strutbrace cos of the vents so hopefully that means it should be ok... which one did you have? any pics?

Has anyone fitted a strut brace with a Top Secret style Bonnet? I understand that some of them don't fit due to the bonnet vents? this type of bonnet -

I've created a thread just for you Jody check the link on the first post for 5 speed aerotops... It'll be interesting to see which list ends up longer...

I need to try and dry mine out again... I've taken the lights off the car removed the bulb fittings and sat them in front of a directional heater for hours... it always dries them out but the moisture ends up back in the end... I've used silicone grease to seal the bulb fittings but that hasn't helped... I'm contemplating going for uk glass lights as I'm thinking it might be the trimming of the bulbs to fit J-Spec lights that's causing the problem? I really want to stick with the facelift style though... also, which are the best lights to fit HIDs to? Any advice?

We could just add "Facelift" or "pre facelift" to this list? That way it would remain 6spd only? Although how would we clasify Facelift Aeros sinnce they never made one? we'd have to make a check list of things to replace on non facelift cars... front lights, rear lights, wings, dials etc. ?

Hi all I'm hopefully getting the transplant work done to my car as soon as possible so need to consider what dials I need to fit in the car... I've seen lots of dials fitted to Supras but rarely have a clue what they are for? I obviouslly need a boost guage but other than that I don't really know what I need... any suggestions?

ok, so it's def worth going for the Flex then... and it sounds like it might be worth considering oem suspension arms rathher than replacing the bushes? I thought that aftermarkket polly bushes were supposed to last longer than the oem ones?

Hi guys I'm planning to overhaul the suspension soon and am currently looking at the Tein Superstreets with top mounts. I have two questions in the back of my mind though. I'm considering spending the extra £100 and going for the Tein Flex instead... The SS seem to be Teins top street coilovers where as the flex seem to be the entry level race ones, has anyone fitted the flex to a supra? I've also been considering overhauling the actual suspension as well. Question is is it really worth it? I'm thinking polly bushes, sway bars etc. All advice and opinions welcome.

Man that sucks, I hope it all gets sorted with a minimum of fuss... I'll be interested to see how sky treat customers when they claim... he probably didn't stop cos he didn't have insurance... I hate these people...
