  1. Yeah it's a shame to see it go, i'm gonna miss the power... Won't miss the fuel and insurance bills tho! I'll still float about on here, can't quite let go of supras completely! I'll get another one at some point but it's not viable at the moment unfortunately. Can't believe you're selling yours, thought you'd only finished it recently? Houses do have that effect ...
  2. The registration docs say white on them so it must have been sprayed white in Japan. The original colour was black according to the guy who sprayed the front bumper for me. There's 2 former keepers on the reg doc and the last guy bought it in May 07, i'm not sure if they'd count the japanese owner as a former keeper or not? The guy I bought it off said he was the first uk owner and the km/mileage conversion was done 17th July 07 (whilst he had it) so I assume this is correct. Ross
  3. I will give it a better clean when i get a chance, wanted to get it up for sale before i changed my mind! The lights come up really well with G3 but i've run out... It's on my list of things to do! Thanks for the comments guys, i'll be sorry to see it go but needs must etc
  4. Mine, not quicksilver but white... http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=161896
  5. SOLD SOLD SOLD Well the time has come to sell the supra and get a family car... only a matter of time I guess! Details:- Import 6 speed manual 39089 Miles (Odometer reads 61704, converted to miles at 59645) Tax until Jan 09 New MOT K plate Oil changed regularly Spec:- Do luck replica front bumper Aftermarket sideskirts Rear spats 17" Mazdaspeed split rims Tein coilovers Blitz turbo timer Apexi boost gauge Blitz boost controller (Set to 1 bar max) XS FMIC Kakimoto exhaust (Still has one Cat) Cloth front seats, pretendy leather rears Ally gear knob thing and pedals In fairly good condition for a 15 year old car apart from a couple of bits:- Synchro gear worn in 4th apparently - Crunches if you try to change into it quickly however feels fine and strong when in gear. Crack on one of the sideskirts Little bit of surface rust around rear window. I'd prefer to be honest about everything and ask for a little less for the car rather than not mention things and people turn up disappointed. The car has a good spec and has been 100% reliable since I've owned it. The only thing that stopped working was the battery which has been replaced with a new one. Price is £7,500 - NOW SOLD Located in Eastbourne East Sussex, my moblie is 07776 302155. Thanks for looking Ross.
  6. I have only got one cat on it as the exhaust has replaced the other one (Before I bought it). I guess I'll have to try changing the o2 sensor then... I'll post up how i get on After reading up on this a bit it seems that I might be able to get the MOT center to test it as non cat depending on what the chassis number comes up as... Thanks for the replies, still open to suggestions
  7. Hi guys, it's still for sale. Local pickup only as it's huge! Pics below:-
  8. Took the supra in for an MOT yesterday and it failed the emissions test. CO reading was 6.3 instead of 0.3 limit, anyone got any ideas on how to reduce this? I've had a search around and seems the most common route is to find a friendly tester so obviously I am open to PMs if anyone knows any within a few miles of Eastbourne! The car has the front cat in and a kakimoto exhaust, I always thought it'd go through ok with one cat still there! Spec is FMIC, filter, colder plugs, 1 bar boost. Any help would be greatly appreciated of course! Oh and the car will be for sale as soon as it goes through if anyone's interested Thanks in advance Ross
  9. Shameless bump! Maybe a price will help... £50 or make me an offer!
  10. I'm selling my veilside spoiler as I need the space. I never got round to fitting it to my car and I've got used to the look of the standard one! It's currently black and in pretty good condition. Open to offers, collection only from Eastbourne. Ross
  11. Look stunning mate Be nice to see it around town again! And makin me jealous....
  12. Look pretty similar to wheelmania vortex R wheels... not sure if you can get them in black though
  13. If it was me they'd be on my car as quick as humanly possible! The supporting mods would be cheaper than another car surely
  14. What he said!! :d There's masses of info on sxoc.com and they're all really helpful. PS I had a H-Dev Stage 2 chip and it removes the fuel cut too
  15. My last car was a T28 200SX S13 running full stage 2 kit (Approx 270-280 bhp, FMIC, Fuel pump, chip etc.) and my supra (330 Bhp on dyno) would destroy it... It's mainly down to the huge increase in torque. The 200 is lighter but crap off boost so I have no doubt at all that the supe would leave it! Hence why I bought one
  16. If it's dry when i'm due to leave then i'm goin!
  17. I'm def in, see you guys at 12 at Pease then
  18. Which MR2 club is it? Anyone know? Always good with more people
  19. Well, I jumped it and it started straight away! Thanks for the help guys Prob should have tried it before posting up the first time but I didn't want to mess anything up
  20. Right, seeing as I now have a new front bumper fitted I need to get rid of the old one Not to everyones taste I know so I don't want much for it, but collection must be made from Eastbourne! I'm open to any offers Cheers for looking guys. Ross.
  21. Thanks, I'll give that a go then... I only really use the car at weekends and it's been playing up a bit recently. It just about turns over and then fires so it does sound like the battery. Cheers I'll let you know if it works!
  22. Hi guys, I need a bit of help! I changed the front bumper on the supe yesterday and when i went to start it after, it wouldn't start. Just get a rapid clickclickclick whilst the key is turned. Any ideas anybody? All the dash lights work fine and theres plenty of power in the battery, i was thinking maybe a sticky starter or something? (I'm not a mechanic..... ) Any help would be greatly appreciated! Ross
