Get cardio in first thing in the morning, 45 minutes brisk walk before breakfast. When i diet down i do 45 minutes first thing, then 45 minutes late afternoon. Search something called carb cycling, this is what i do but to be honest, a stone in a few weeks may be asking a bit much. I, on average lose around 2 stone in 10 weeks when i cut but that is using extra "supplements" aswell as perfect diet and cardio.

I got some budgets for very cheap off http://www.e-tyres.co.uk. Excellent service, they come to your house to fit the tyres for you and take the old ones away. Im not sure if they do high spec tyres though.

My condolences mate! My gradfather recently died, was ill with a chest infection and confused as he didnt eat for a few days and accidentally took all of his weeks worth of tablets for things like blood pressure etc. He died a day later after all his organs gave up :( Grandmother is very bad with Alzeimers now which worsened alot since he passed away. You definately have to cherish the times you have with loved ones, you think they will be their forever :(

Nice one dude, transformation pics required :) I have dropped from 13 stone 4 to 11 stone 4 in the last 14 weeks following a cutting diet and lots of cardio :) -

Yeah i thought that but he doesnt have a recirc kit for the wastegate. Can this part of the exhaust be blanked off and the wategate used with screamer pipe on the end??

Oh god!!!! Looks like i could have done with a box of tissues!! That manifold and exhaust is a work of art, looks like things are really progressing dude. What is the pipe that comes off the exhaust used for ??

This is an absolutely amazing piece of kit. I had the Lm-1 which was brilliant and this one offers alot more than that. Good luck with the sale, at that price i cannot see it staying around for long. -

Its for an external Wastegate so for a single turbo mate. -
It is an XS-power t61 turbo mate. Dazzi, off subject (sorry) but did you get rid of the stock fan on the car??

Only problem getting a tial is, we think on the manifold that he has (whifbitz) it is a 50mm v-band fitting, and tial dont make a 50mm v-band wategate as far as im aware so the options are limited slightly. Does anyone rate the Synapse ones, they seem to have great reviews fromt he research i have done and do them in the required fitting.
