  1. Gutted as i need a quick fix aswell and spending £500 on replacement arms just isnt an option for me im afraid. Going to ring whifbitz in the morning and see if they do a like for like exchange.
  2. Right ok, that would be interesting if he could do it on exchange as i could just whip the old arms off, fit the new and send him my old ones?? That would be a lot easier!
  3. Thanks for that mate, it doesnt sound a very simple job then if i buy just the bushes. I suspect getting the old ones out will be a pain and putting the new ones in?? Can it be a diy job if just buying the bushes and what toolds would i need apart from the obvious socket set etc. I have just seen the ones from whifbitz and i am going to buy them dependant on the above. No way i can afford £500 for the replacement arms! Thanks a lot.
  4. Thanks mate. Its more of a cost issue considering the time of year at the minute so ill opt for the bushes. So its 'Rear upper arm bushes' I need. Any idea where from?
  5. My car got an advisory on the following but im unsure what im looking for but need to buy the parts as soon as possible. Rear upper suspension arm rubber mounting deteriorated (2.4.G.3) Offisde rear upper suspension arm rubber mounting deteriorated (2.4.G.3) Thanks for any help. Next question will be how to change them
  6. We have this sorted now thanks to the Awesome Steve_Spedd :) Thanks for all the suggestions.
  7. I have it somewhere mate, i think. We will sort something.
  8. thanks mate, i cant see the pictures at work but will check once im home, As long as it gets through an mot and they work ok then im happy. Excellent Thanks mate, ill see how i go on with these ones off ebay then, have ordered them.
  9. Looking forward to it. And looking forward to you taking me for a spin if i ever get my ar$e up to Scotland!
  10. No worries mate. Did i meet you at chesterfield once to lend you the cable?
  11. Cheers mate, ill download it asap but you need a specific cable which is usb to serial cable. Normal ones dont work either, you need the actual greddy one unfortunately.
  12. Thanks mate, i have heard that they are very good so for that price, i might aswel give them a try and if they dont fit then just bin them. The listing does say it is for my car but i have bought items off ebay before and they definitely were not!
  13. Hi all, its been a while. My 1994 j-spec n/a supra is due for its mot and i think i need some new wiper blades. Can anyone confirm that these will fit please: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Toyota-Supra-93-98-Windscreen-Flat-Wiper-Blades-Front-/250632782054?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3a5ae0c0e6 It mentions something about the clip it uses and im not sure it will fit the stock supra wiper arms. Thanks.
  14. Just bumping this as we need this desperately by the weekend. I dont mind paying someone if they can help us out.......
  15. If you dont mind mate. That would be brilliant if its OK. Thanks very much.
  16. Thanks all. So does an Auto Rad fit a manual N/A then??? Yes need cheap Rob, thanks for the offer though.
  17. In full working order. Preferably somewhere close that i can pickup. If not can pay postage if the seller is willing to wrap it up well. Thanks. Reason i need one is because the overflow pipe that the rubber tube goes onto has snapped off.
  18. Yep thats exactly what it is mate. Ill try re fitting it and see what happens, i read on here someone done this and it worked. If not will manually bring it forward, hopefully without doing what you explained.
  19. Cheers mate, ill let you know how it goes. Also, i did find a little plastic screw around the size of a 20p peace and and around 1cm thick. I think this has come off the seat mechanism.......
  20. Thanks H. The supra is only just going back on the road after a LONG time sat on the drive so may need to temporarily get it done with the bolts for the time being but have a seat waiting to be fitted when i have time. Also gives me a chance to do a little research on it as nothing worse than going into a job on these cars blind!
  21. Ha ha, thanks for the help mate. Thanks H!! I have just been researching and found this is a very common problem. They are only cloth so ill just get to that 12mm and 10mm bolt under the cover at the front of the seat and get it into the right position for me and change it when i have more time/can face doing it lol. Thanks alot.
