Firstly it's not the reviews that are verified, it's Amazon verifing that the console was bought from them by that user account. I've just read through 100+ of the 1 star reviews and only 5 or 6 of them even motion the Xbox, every single review I read was from a verified purchaser. Within the reviews are lots of people trying to help out others by suggesting how to start the console in safe mode and how to check if the small bit of metal in the HDMI port has been seated properly. Other people have uploaded videos showing the issues and bricked PS4's. Sony themselves have came out and said that around 0.4% of units shipped are having technical issues, that equates to over 6000 consoles just based on pre orders alone. http://www.polygon.com/2013/11/14/5105438/sony-ps4s-technical-problems-are-isolated-to-0-4-of-units-shipped I like the way you believe that Xbox owners are more aggressive when in fact both sets of fans are just as bad as each other. It's your own prejudice against the Xbox that makes you think this. Do you honestly think there won't be PlayStation owners leaving fake non verified reviews next week? I would guess that any technology manufacturer would be happy with a 0.4% failure rate in any complex product.

No they can't! "Verified Purchase Reviews What's an "Amazon Verified Purchase" review? When a product review is marked "Amazon Verified Purchase," it means that the customer who wrote the review purchased the item at Amazon.com. Customers can add this label to their review only if we can verify the item being reviewed was purchased at Amazon.com. Customers reading an Amazon Verified Purchase review can use this information to help them decide which reviews are most helpful in their purchasing decisions. If a review is not marked Amazon Verified Purchase, it doesn't mean that the reviewer has no experience with the product – it just means we couldn't verify that it had been purchased at Amazon. They may have purchased the item elsewhere or had some other interaction with it. If we could somehow validate their experience with the product, we certainly would. The Amazon Verified Review label offers one more way to help gauge the quality and relevance of a product review." Every review on the first page is a verified purchase. Do you honestly believe people are buying the console off Amazon just to leave a fake review. I have no doubt fake reviews exist, but the ones linked to are not. Don't get so defensive, it's not as if anyone on here has either console yet. Understandably you want to defend your preferred console. Next week when there are reports of failed Xbox Ones you would do well to report it in a balanced way with proof but I know several posts will just state "MS at it again" proclaiming record number of failures. We were almost at a balanced discussion a few pages back, heralding the achievements of each console and discussing the possible pitfalls of each, but alas we have reverted to A is better than B because I'm getting one.

Why do you think this? That's a complete fabrication, the reviews are from people who have "Amazon verified purchace" which means they have bought the item from Amazon. Calling them "xmong" owners only reflects badly on you. The Xbox One isn't even out yet!

Hmmm I almost don't want to believe this, but it looks like certain batches are having issues(BLOD, blue light of death). They appear to be from Amazon and GameStop in the states. http://www.amazon.com/PlayStation-4-Launch-Edition/product-reviews/B00BGA9WK2/ref=cm_rdphist_1?ie=UTF8&filterBy=addOneStar&showViewpoints=0 Could be down to how they were stored, transported or packaged. People are still reporting issues with the HDMI port. Sad really that this appears to be happening with some consoles, in reality the number of failures will represent a tiny percentage of consoles shipped but as always we will hear loudly from the people receiving the DOA consoles.

Thanks for your valuable input into this thread, this was covered(thoroughly) several pages ago.

That'll be the regions where the eight languages are spoken. From launch five regions and by midway through 2014 it'll be active on ten out of the thirteen regions the Xbox will be sold in. Hmmm, wouldn't read too much into this report. Can't really base any story on two consoles, one of which (the one with IGN) will have received unusually high usage. The other one is out the back end of nowhere where it could have had any number of transport "issues" as it arrived DOA. https://i.chzbgr.com/maxW500/5426500608/h3524656E/ I can't see either console having significant issues like the well publicised Xbox and PS3 failures, it's really not worth the associated costs to have failures associated with a console.

Excellent research again! You cannot turn on a PS4 using the voice command. http://www.techradar.com/news/gaming/consoles/ps4-voice-commands-will-be-extremely-limited-at-launch-1198548 They have to make "less of a big deal" about it because it's nowhere near as competent as the Kinect. It would be completely futile to challenge the Kinects capabilities. Sony knows where the PS4's strength lies. Edit: Regarding the "lucky you're in one of the five regions" (corrected "your" for you there) The Kinect can recognise eight different languages from launch and the PS4 only six. These are facts.

I see Xbox Live Gold members are also getting Xbox Fitness for free for the first year. You have a choice of two videos; Official MS video or IGN's video of a big boned fellow trying Insanity on it. Proper MS video: Other video:

Worst "I mis-judged the Union Square ticket barriers” excuse ever. Lovely car, needs lowered though, can still see daylight under the side skirts. Had someone kick off my wing mirror once, very annoying as I had just resprayed it a couple of weeks previous.
-
Flip paint, stone chipped side skirts, Veilside front bumper, rusty rear hatch, it's a winner. It's of its time, just so happens its time was 10-15 years ago.

What instructions did you use?
-
Yeah the goblets of information we are getting are getting long in the tooth. The snifter of footage that is appearing online is welcomed though.
-
Yeah i'm sure they are really worried based on one persons experience of one game. Official statement from MS regarding these "facts": "Xbox One fully supports native 1080p output at 60 fps. It is up to individual developers to determine what resolution best fits their design goals. At launch, Xbox One will present all titles at 1080p—whether natively or upscaled.” Forza 5 will be running 1080P at 60fps. You seem to have some sort of vendetta against the Xbox, which is made blatantly obvious by searching out these obscure stories full of conjecture.
-
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm sure the PS3 had DLNA support. So that makes it even stranger that the PS4 doesn't.
-
Meh, seen worse. Shame it's not dirty through hard use, that's how they're supposed to look. Hope you manage to get it back on the road soon, then you can stick it through a car wash, that'll get the ocd folk going.
-
Sony's PS4 FAQ has revealed some previously undisclosed "features": No external storage support. No audio CD or MP3 playback. No DLNA support. Day one update needed to be able to play DVD or blu rays. Biggest issue I'd have with these is the no external storage one, as it's very handy if someone wants to plug in their hard drive full of movies or photos. However I'm sure these could all be easily reversed or made possible through an update. Let the fanboi war commence(or should I say continue).

Here you go.

Probably because the majority of Supras you look at on here aren't on standard suspension, they have all been lowered in one way or another. All the arches look spot on to me. Usual dubious mileage, but should be able to back most of it up with the old MOT's, no way of verifying it before then though. I think it's priced correctly assuming it's straight. They usually go for about this price on ebay auctions which don't have a reserve price.

It's not got any cheap tat stuck to it? Also it's a GZ not an RZ.

I believe Mr Mellon was referring to the point that Alex has been saying the car has 500bhp(which he was told when he bought the car) in several threads. So for it to have 455 was almost a 50bhp "loss". As you say, it hasn't lost anything and has probably always been 455bhp. Interested to see what the output is once finished.
-
Is that rwhp? If it's fwhp then it's down a bit on the standard car.

Working fine here, Google chrome on PC.

My mistake for using wiki, never mind. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_the_largest_information_technology_companies

Not from what I've read. There were actually lots of regulations not allowing them to modify the original chassis layout, engine location, engine orientation(hence why they had to rotate the 3S-GTE engine to keep the cylinders running front to back like the 2JZ) or suspension configuration. They were however allowed to move the suspension inboard(as they were allowed to move the mounting points) to reduce un-sprung weight. Regulations also made them move the fuel tank to within the wheel base, which in turn allowed them significant modification of the rear suspension, resulting in the rear suspension be moved to an inboard set up similar to the front. The only modification to the chassis(that were allowed) were the ones to accommodate the new fuel tank location.
