May as well ask this here as its a 'getting in shape' thread Is all the 'bulkpowders' good stuff? Do you go for the basic whey concenrate? I normally use maximuscle stuff.. Promax i think. When would you use the amino acids?

I'm stuck on the 35kgs just dont seem to make it past! 10 x 50 is an good set! I hurt my back doing 180kg deadlifts too not that that figures particularly high to what I see others doing!!

Fair play to you. That deadlift sounds real good at your body weight. The steroids dont work without the dedicated training and lifestyle, some people seem to think they do....

Yeah that!! Also sorry to be doom and gloom but when youve got points for no insurance you tend to suffer when you go for your next insurance. They dont seem to like it much...

Sounds like a def 6 pointer How do you add an extra car to an existing Norwich union policy? Do they do multi car or alike? And when they swapped the Supra onto the existing policy surely the renewal date would of stayed the same as the old policy? Normally they send mutiple renewal letters and warnings when you reach and go past renewal. But as you've had no policy at all since last month it looks bad. Am sorry to say sound like the old bill have got you by the b@lls

Now the real bad news they found the hidden TOMTOM 500 and brand new Acer Laptop. Nothing was on display. B'stards I cant believe it..
