I blew another set of hybrids they smoked badly. Don't have those symptons....thanks though

Have been checking the hoses cant spot anything ?

Have revved it to 3k no much noise from the BOV....

My TT does not appear to be making positive boost on the first turbo Its noticibly quieter and the rumble has gone! Basically its become an NA. The car is running perfectly just no boost. On the digital boost gauge it ticks over at -50 or so and when driving goes up to about -5 but thats it the + 1.25 is just not happenning! Its not smoking and I cannot find any pipes split or off. Engine oil is immaculate. Temp gauge spot on. I dont use it much and a seized first turbo has been suggested (probably in desperation ) If you get it up to 60 and boot it you get some boost which I think is the second turbo coming in? So please can someone tell me what would cause these symptoms? I have the car now with a good mechanic but he is not Supra specific hence the request for pointers. Sorry if this is a bit disjointed but I was up alnight and then have spent the day playing with the car!

Dont think he will be that happy getting £30 instead of the profit out of the £1000 you bid for the kit. Some other members on here have complained bitterly iin the past about getting f@cked around on ebay I think this falls into that category.....

He says he found a TT so I guess he wants the cash for that

For the costs involved the benefits are not worth it go get a small single kit from Envy My car was running facelift ceramics and was spot on I wanted more power so went hybrid, 550s and SAFC. The first set of hybrids then failed at 1500 miles. The second set have been great but feel more top endy if that makes sense? Probably due to steel internals and bigger compressor wheels... I need to get mine on the RR and see what its actually doing just couldn't make the 25/8

No you are not doing the right thing if your current turbos are ok. Waste of money and Ive been down that route...

Offer them £4k for it. Its not worth anymore. At £6k its 50% over market value.... But its your money....
