  1. Not met you andy but all the best for the future, and dont take too long before you get another supra
  2. I dont know if this helps but Stonkin had a similar noise but it was down to a 'sticky' tappit (or follower?) that sorted itself out eventually. As for the exhaust - decatting will liberate a few more ponies, allows the engine to breath out all the exhaust gasses more efficiently by de-restricting the flow. It will also sound rawty, raw and mean You could try having just one of the cats removed first, then both if you prefer. Just bear in mind that you will need one (or both even) back in to pass your MOT emissions test Hope you get the problem sorted. Where abouts in Staffs are you btw? Im in Wolverhampton lolx Linda
  3. I'd love to join you but its too far for me, I'm afraid but I'll be there in spirit lolxx
  4. Sad but shockingly true but then they want to dress like their pop idols and clothing manufacturers have no scruples and see an easy way of making money. Awful
  5. kids seem to have the arrogance from young now that they are indestructable and you (as an adult) should go out of your way to make room for them and treat them like royalty. if they are stupid enough to play in the road when their parents have told them not too then be it on their heads - literally Thats the problem. they are unable to take responsibility for their actions because they have never been taught/allowed to.
  6. They all do, especially when I'm watching the Moto GP or WSB just before the last couple of laps too! sooooo annoying!!
  7. Aw man, thats awful. But at least you called straight away, nothing else you could have done tbh. Shocking
  8. i think there is the danger that kids are so molly coddled that their parents are, sadly, not allowing them to develop their instinct for danger and common sense
  9. When I was a kid there were about 10 of us in a mile radius of about the same age and we were out all day playing, not necessarily together but several of us. I would go racing around on my bike/scooter/skates/hyperactive feet for ages just going back for meals and drinks. But there was a 'mantra' my parents dinned into both my head and my brothers- NEVER accept sweets or lifts of strangers, NEVER even speak to strangers - if anyone tries to touch you or talk to you RUN to the nearest house (we knew most people up our street then) do parents tell their kids these things any more???
  10. !!HAPPY BIRTHDAY FELLAH!!! PARTAAY!! LOL Lx
  11. !!!HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
  12. I get the 'goldfish' and 'jaw on the floor look' quite a bit - girl with sports coupe Was going thru leicester today and two guys in an Astra SRI at the lights shouted out 'go girl!!!', (so I did ) a fiat coupe driver couldnt stop smiling and gawping at me and supe at the shell garage later today....stunned admiring looks from friends at gym when I first showed them the car, everyone loves it, especially little kids, practically leave their eyes glued to it! Funniest moment - about to leave shop one evening, guy about to come in gawping at the supra, then me then supra/me/supra. I glided past (he was still gawping), blipped the fob (he's still stopped mid stride, gawping) I get in, boot it up, look in rear view mirror - (he's still gawping) I roar off down the road....wonder if he's taken root their??? the attention is fun but I absolutely adore the supra and wouldnt give a stuff if no-one liked it. to me supras are b@ll@ck achingly gorgeous, awesome to drive and I never want any other car...
