  3. tbh, I find using machines restricts movement. As an example, I just cant use them for shoulders as it feels unatural and is actually quite painful for my joints. Free weights all the way I say machines are for puffs Lx

    Hi

fellah! Glad you've seen the light, and its supra shaped Welcome to the club, glad you liked the stand, a tribute to all involved over the weekend, you could be on it next year btw, I think your girlfriend should have one too as she's into her fast cars and we need more girls on the forum Linda xx
  7. Wow! feel like I know you already after all that Welcome! its going to get confusing with all these Ed's will have to call you Ed Ned Those two supra's look very tidy, pity I missed them hiding in the marquee You've made a good choice keep us posted on your progress with buying your first supra. I'm sure you'l make a great contribution on the tech side of the forum, it all helps Hope you enjoy your stay with us, and have a VERY good sense of humour, you'l need it! Linda x
  8. you just don't like to think we're competing on the same level as you anyway, thats a hairdressers car - maybe he was having a bad hair day Yeah, tbh we all get days like that and its too easy to floor it in a supra, that angry roar from a straight six can be quite satisfying lolxx L
  9. IT looks tidy Mark subtle but effective but have to echo comments on your indicators, the orange look tired and need updating. Ashbhp got me some, I'll PM you the link hun Lx
  10. :yeahthat: Fortunately I'm only 2 miles from work and 6 miles from gym so daily driver is fine, N/A too. Can't bear not driving it even for a day though Tank is 70 litres by the way so if you feed it VPower its a bit over 70 quid for a fill. Lx
  11. Just been sent this from our DX company, although most people are probably already aware of it, maybe not a good time to be ordering parts Be prepared for the two week Royal Mail strike from 25th July! The Communication Workers Union has stepped up its campaign of industrial action and announced plans for a rolling programme of strikes resulting in two weeks of continuous disruption to mail services. Thestrikes are likely to commence at or after 7.00pm on Wednesday 25th July and could continue until 12 noon on Wednesday 8th August. If required, postal workers say they will be announcing a further programme of strike action no later than Monday 30th July. Lx
  12. I dont think that rear spoiler works on it hun, it would look much better on mine instead Kidding Its that little bit different, really liking it as a package All you need to do now is learn how to wash and polish it Lx
  13. Bets on how many responses this thread gets??
  14. I've got them on mine too (the dunlops, that is ) bit of rear end twitch in the wet around islands, as you'd expect anyway but apart from that, handling good and sticky enough in wet and dry They've been on for about 8K miles and tread depth is still very good (on the back, not sure when fronts went on) Lx
  15. Adam, try this brush from meguires, long soft bristles gets into the gaps and doesnt scratch - I was tempted to keep mine for me not the car http://www.cleanandshiny.co.uk/ProductDetails.asp?ProductID=9107 Pete Richards may also be able to suggest cleaning products/brushes etc Lxx Hope you've recovered from the weekend
  16. Varis, matches my front bumper now where does matt live againg???.... Lx
  17. I think everyone's still hung over from JAE
  18. He should be just about over his hangover by now Lx
  19. noooooo! Besides, I'm never out of it long enough to give anyone else a go Add to that, any bloke would have to decide weather risking binning it and loosing his t@estacles is worth getting behind the wheel for lol Lx
  20. blimey, nearly had us all going then m8 with your usual tales of woe!! Glad its all good, ironic that your letting it go when its driving so beautifully Hope you enjoy your last few days with it, and your tan bet its almost the same shade as my rust and trench foot from JAE Any pics of Mexico hun? Lxx
  21. Sympathy goes out in advance to whoever's the mod on that one, half the forum would get banned in the first week Dedicated exterior and interior section sounds good, ice is already covered though. Lx
  22. I've heard that you still havent located your supra's bonnet popper Lx
  23. I know your a screwed up woman hater but this forum is about expressing an opinion. Mine is expressed and will not be retracted. Especially not for you. What you believe is of no interest to me anyway going on the basis of your previous contributions, you've never been on my respect list, so go back into your cave and go beat yourself with your club :twak: L
  24. Oh, really? well, bud, try walking into any garage as a woman and see how quickly you'd be shafted over the simplest of things then tell me that I don't know what its like. L
