  3. Top bloke. Just have to wait for some warm weather now otherwise I'll get shouted at for spraying indoors! I removed the wiper blade holders in the spring and resprayed them with Autoglym Satin Black but its not 'weatherd' our conditions. What brand of paint did you use Ady? thanks and well done Linda xx
  4. Aw stef, cant believe your selling it Its a beauty but needs must I guess. Im finding out that being poor is part of supra ownership but I hope you get as close to its real value as possible So many are selling right now Will you still be going to pod?? Linda xx

  6. I noted 'sun roof' on the spec and it doesnt look like a miss-titled aero top. Had to peer at it closely but there does seem to be one there. Pardon my ignorance but I didnt realise a sun roof was an option as I dont recall seeing one on a supra before, so I've learnt something new today! (apart from me being a bit thick doh) Lxx
  7. OK, probably a repost but Im greateful for anything that makes me laugh on a Friday afternoon..... Punch line is in the title A man was driving down the road and ran out of gas. Just at that moment, a bee flew in his window. The bee said, “What seems to be the problem?” “I’m out of gas,” the man replied. The bee told the man to wait right there and flew away. Minutes later, the man watched as an entire swarm of bees flew to his car and into his gas tank. After a few minutes, the bees flew out “Try it now,” said one bee. The man turned the ignition key and the car started right up. “Wow!” the man exclaimed, “what did you put in my gas tank”? The bee answered.... Lxx

    Stock Cats

I dont know if the exhaust is different between jspec/UK spec/ TT but I notice you have an NA. If this chap's cat doesnt fit, I have a second for an NA Linda x Edit: BTW, what year is it? Mine is a 93 and didnt need emissions testing, dont think it does if its older than 10 years
  12. As we'll be turning up at different times, either in groups or singly, would 'formation parking' be a workable format??? Lx
  13. at these suggestions!! A score book to rate all the 'rats' Kidding A bracelet or necklace from you that she can wear close to her heart as a reminder of you Lxx
  14. How to befriend the neighbours!! Mine is a fully decatted NA with a genuine TRD exhaust Sounds sweet and subtle til I floor it Doesn't the higher compression ratio of the N/A contribute to the exhaust note? Lx

    Facelift

yup you sure are dude this has to be one of the most confusing threads I've read but Its made me realise how many variations of lights there are on the MKIV!! Lxx
  16. One of my friends has been waiting weeks for an item from Banshee, for his Mitsi GTO and theyve messed him around something wrotten, been a couple of months and still not resolved. Lx
  17. Hi fellah I had a veilside front before I changed mine to a varis. As I remember, the gap for the indicators is quite narrow. The veilside has been around from pre-facelift days and moulded for the old square yellow lights but a newer veilside bumper may accomodate your facelift lights, perhaps? You'd need facelift wiring looms too and be a bit handy with a soldering iron and wire cutters wish I could give you a definitive answer but Im sure someone else will come along who can Linda x
  18. Fair point but most Ive seen for sale are being let go due to financial reasons - expensive maintenance/running costs or just selling to free up money for house/family etc Most of us here are long termers and will weather the financial storms for our supra's but many sell up a few months down the line when they realise theyre a bit more demanding than newer cars. Lx
  19. Hi Paul Try Steve Manley 01865 291333 he'll post out, just mention MKIVsurpa.net I bought oil and air filter together, the two cost about £35, if I remember rightly Lxx
