  2. what a load of b@llocks, couldnt even be bothered to read beyond the first paragraph, other than a cursory scan we're made of flesh and blood not glass and foooking pink fluff This kind of patronising rubbish really gets on my nerves. What you need??? honesty no ego tripping - keep it for pub nites with your mates intelligence initiative imagination respect ......and a fast jap car Its not rocket science, really Linda xx

    !!!!HAPPY BIRTHDAY fellah Lxxxxx
  4. that could have been incorrectly set up rear suspension or poor wet weather tyres, both of which could be rectified if you'd had the geometry checked?? L
  5. My dad says he was always having to tinker with cars to keep them running so accessibility was important then. Cars now are less prone to breaking down and can go from service to service without being looked at ....if that makes sense??? Still seems unecessary to cover up every darn thing with plastic though, makes it harder to work out if a lead/plug/wire etc has detached if you have broken down. L
  6. The stig has a bit of a belly, I noticed.... ........so probably not LH Lx
  7. Its heartening to hear so many positive things from people who have shed pounds and got fit with all of them having a better quality of life, which is what its ultimately about. I was introduced to weight training by a bodybuilding mate some years ago, got hooked on it, really got into the nutrition and have seen some great changes in physique, energy leveals and general well being - so much so there's no way I'd stop now. I'm a qualified instructor although I dont teach any more, but would suggest anyone to find an activity or a sport they enjoy, and doing it regularly and consistantly. After all, its an investment in your health that will last you into a fit and active older life..... or you can eat cr@p, sit on your lazy @ss watching it and your gut grow broader day by day then die prematurely from heart attacks/strokes/type 2 diabetes etc :d Linda xx
  8. and to the looney bin if you try the search button you may find some info on fitting too. I'll be doing this next year.....along with 1000 other things to the supra!!! Good luck fitting it mate Linda xx
