  2. It is too cheap but in our rapidly sliding economy, if your in a hurry to sell, it has to be knocked down to this level If things were different around £7.5K would be good. All the best anyway hun Linda x

Looks the dogs mate Was work in progress the last couple of times I came by, really liking the look, suits your supe perfectly, cracking job .....and the only time I've seen you do any work..... time to pop round for bacon sarnies, a brew and a view me thinks Lx
  4. I wouldnt let anyone else drive my supra, male or female so there!!! Anyway, she'll have a GT4, so why would she need to drive yours Don't forget pics of your drag match Lx

    I'm done.

Your technical knowledge has been a credit to the club and extremely helpful. Hopefully you will still have the occasional moment to stop by and contribute to the tech threads. All the best for your current and future endeavours Linda

  9. ditto what others are saying. Its the TT races this weekend too so almost certainly more casualties
  10. Crikey!! I have agreed value on my N/A, heaven forbid anything should happen to it but if it did I'd easily get a TT. But factor in insurance/running costs etc and its still out of reach for the majority of the chav element........ .....for now anyway.....................
  11. Ditto on the Meguires. Also, to keep them looking sweet, get some Rimwax. It will help repell water, brake dust and general muck. Not cheap but worth a try. Just make sure you regularly clean the rims to stop a build up. L
  12. Absolutely ace day, good crowd of us turned out, had some laughs too Time attack great, some incredible cars belting around. We got to stand at the pit wall for a while and see/feel the power from those cars!! Went right through ya guts!! Got to speak to Phil Morrison and check out the 2JZ block in his S15. Lots of good things to see, can't rate this show highly enough, constant action on track, some hugely impressive cars off track as well as on, real feast of japanese cars. Must make this a big event next year for the club. I took a load of pictures, will try and load them either today or tomorrow Great to meet peeps, old and new cheers Steve Linda x
  13. hey, go faster stripes??! lol x be a few of us N/As so a steady pace heading up there, getting excited, time for bed soon me thinks Lxx
  14. Its gona be fun squeezing 11 supra's on to MacD's car park! Don't y'all be late! :nana: Linda xx
  15. Hi Kim Bad news Fell for ya. If you had hit a sharp object that bounced (as it is quite low) or a sharp stone hit the tank it could have caused a split. However, if it absolutley poured out it sounds more like the neck of the tank could be holed/rusted? Just a thought. As for stroppy pick up lorries they're idle blighters and are subcontracted out by the insurers. They don't have to deal with low sports cars very often and are pretty clueless. but winching it in would have had to be done backwards, being RWD which would have ripped off your bumper. Not good to boot it into life with a leaky tank! The pulley was on its way out when I had to be low loaded onto one of those things. The numpty reversed it up and even when I yellled at him to stop - due to screaching sounds coming from the front spoiler - he said 'don't worry, its ok' and carried on with some grotty bits of 4x4 under the wheels. Of course it slid off and caused more damage Hopefully the garage know their stuff and you'll get it sorted without too much heartache and expense Linda x

    Im back

    sounds interesting .....
  22. eugh.... would rather have my toe nails pulled out without anaesthetic, everything I hate about the vain, empty heads of some women today........... ....and thats coming from another woman!!
  23. Its ironic that with all our technology and progress, modern man will leave no trace whereas structures built by our ancient ancestors such as the pyramids and Sphinx will far outlive buildings of our time. ....though glad i won't be around for when those cockroaches take over the planet L
