  1. There should be. Unless the previous owner replaced the wood with new stuff.. post a pic and I'll show you where mine are... otherwise, flap the seat flat, line the carpet up, and make some new ones? The reason I say put the seat down is so that when the seat is put down it doesn't rip the plugs out. The carpet kind of folds behind when you put the seats up.
  2. Since when are you single?!? I met your B/F...
  3. What rear strut brace is that? Tasty!
  4. The carpet plugs into the lower half of the rear seat. There should be 3 or 4 (can't remember but I think it's 3) plastic plugs that fasten the carpet into the thin wood panel on the upright.
  5. That's okay, thanks anyway matey. It'd look weird with just one I'll wait until I get a set. Rich posted me some but the Royal Mail lost them... painful when something small bothers you huh!
  6. I'm also after the ones that go here please...
  7. Currency is a bit of a tricky business... I'm a little wary of it..

    Pick my bumper

What I'd really like is the Top Secret V12 bumper redesigned into a non wide body front bumper.. http://www.topsecretjpn.com/products/jza805.jpg
  9. Actually, the do-luck bonnet does vent it out the back near the windscreen. See attached pic from Japanese website. It's not on the UK website for some weird reason. Translated means: Lift Up Bonnet ラジエターの熱を後方に抜くための形状。 Radiator to heat back out of shape
  10. I used virgin, as at the moment you can do a transfer direct to your current account at 0% with a 2.something % fee (you don't need to use the Egg Money card at the moment as indicated in the stoozing artice). Earning 12% (drip fed) plus whatever other interest you earn on the money is better than nothing. It's definitely time we played the banks at their own game.
  11. Look up stoozing on Moneysavingexpert.com
  12. I didn't but I also get the 6.25 on the 5000 and figured that plus the 383.25 from the 12% account plus whatever Icesave gave me was pretty good. Did I mention that the 11k was "borrowed" from a 0% credit card, so effectively I'm earning interest on the banks money
  13. I used a calculator on one of the money saving forums. You enter the interest rate, and how much you put in each month as well as the tax bracket you're in...
  14. first post edited with some prices (more to come) and the list of purchased growing. Thanks to JamieP for the idea of updating the first post...
  15. Very big, and heavier than I thought it'd be. My missus got it at work and phoned me to have a moan about "yet another heavy car part in the post room" Haha
  16. I've just done something with my 11k I had lying around. I put £5000 in a halifax guaranteed saver that gives 6.25% if you leave it there for a year. If you drop below £5000 or make more than 1 withdrawl you drop to 5% or there abouts. This may sound like nothing but there's method in my madness. Halifax also have a regular saver account. You can deposit £25-£500 a month for a year and get 10%, however if you have £5000 in the guaranteed saver you get 12%. The remaining £6000 is in icesave in a high interest account being drip fed at 500/month into the regular saver, totalling 11k plus the interest from all. I also have an ISA, but I worked it out and it earns me more interest in a year than my ISA will (thanks to the 12%)

I've been through 3 do-lucks now. Trust me, you don't need the hassle. On the other hand, I think the ridox is a little too smily and I don't like the way the indictors hang. If money wasn't an issue, I'd buy the do-luck and have it modified to be slightly higher and retain the look.
  18. Just received my bosch 044 fuel pump. Cheers Wez
  19. So you just pop the mirror off those clasp things? What did you use to pry it off so you don't break it?
  20. Did I mention that you're a legend? Cheers bud, great writeup.
