Okay, how does the ECU know that WI is off, or does the ECU control the on/off. Not sure if that's clear...let me rephrase. Does the switch turn off the WI directly, or does the switch tell the ECU to turn off the WI?

That sounds like a lot of work, but well worth it. Can you set the ECU to enable/disable WI via a switch? I love this project!
