  3. I wouldn't bother. JamieP has 730bph and still has standard gears... I wouldn't even do cams until I had gone single. If I had to go BPU again, I'd get some 550 injectors (for headroom), a piggyback/standalone ECU and get it mapped properly. You'll get great performance and reliability. Only start looking at cams etc if you're prepared for the long haul and loads of cash, single turbos and sleepless nights

  6. If you click the BPU link in blue, then you can read what BPU is. The plus means an extra mod over BPU. It's usually company specific and a bit silly as it varies from person to person. 2 plusses means an extra 2 things etc. I read this somewhere so don't take it as gospel. Most people just say BPU and then state the extras afterwards. eg. "... Dude, I'm BPU and a 256 exh cam..." Sweeet...", "...duuude..."
  7. Just to add. The gearbox is the same as the auto box. The tiptronic stuff is done at ECU level.
  8. I thought you just wanted the box and not an entire conversion. Yup, there's way too much work to convert a normal pre vvti supra to Tiptronic. You've got ECU, looms, steering wheel etc etc etc.. The box should be good for a normal auto replacement though.

  12. 4 gears, and has the same gearbox code as the auto. I have no idea if it goes straight on though. I'm sure if you popped a post in technical someone will know. Dude from AFR might know.
  13. No idea mate. I'm guessing 15-25kg's but I'm not near enough to pop over and weigh them. They're about 60cm x 25cm x 25cm. Anyone else know?
  14. You could always arrange a courier to come pick them up? They are very heavy so I'm not prepared to post them.

  17. Genuine Tiptronic ECU. Left over from my manual conversion. Working perfectly. £110 posted within UK (No Pics its an ECU. Big silver square box)
  18. After my single turbo conversion I have the standard twin turbos for sale. They came off a standard running engine. The engine covered 44000km and 20000 miles, before going BPU. They were removed because going single turbo. The turbos have no shaft play and move nice and smooth. They are the ceramic turbos and are unmodifed. Pickup only SOLD EDIT: Forgot to mention this include the manifold etc. Here's a pic from my car when they were being removed.
