  1. Wednesday...hmmmmmm, will check calendar..
  2. hmmmmmm, i was afraid someone was gonna say that... thanks anyway. I didn't see the in/out shake it all about adjuster thing, so i might give that a bash. The problem i have is that it's random as to when it closes properly and when it doesn't so i guess i'll just have to keep trying. Cheers bud
  3. Hi guys I recently had the window cable snap in my drivers side door. I replaced it and all works fine now, except i'm really battling with the adjustment of the height of the window once i wind it up. If i wind up the window with the door open, then it catches when i shut it. I've tried adjusting it about 12 times, but each time i think i've fixed it, it catches again after a few days. Any ideas on the method to adjust this? [sAD][/sAD]
  4. I've been through 12 tyres (all f1's) and never run any smooth due to sidewall nails..... envy performance are making a fortune off my tyre habits... maybe they're following me around with a bag of nails
  5. Lookin good, but i agree on the plate... it's huuuuuuuuge

    Samuri sword

Hahahaha... i love this thread... how much boost do you have to run do get 5th Kyu? I'll take the HKS Ti sword please!!!
  7. Hi peeps I have a VVTI and the wire in the harness that the manual (and an article on the forum) said i should wire it to, seems to be the wrong one. When i drive at 25 and press the calibration button, it says "calibration error". I can only assume that means that my orange wire is not connected to the speed wire on the ecu? I have connected it to the following wire on my car. The funny thing is that the MPH to KPH convertor goes nowhere near this wire. Also, the guys who installed my SBD (won't say who but i've seen people complain about them before) in their infinite wisdom decided to HOTGLUE the controller to my dash and in the process filled up the infrared sensor on my boost controller. Anyone know of a solvent that will remove the glue and not eat the plastic on my boost controller? Any ideas? Cheers Mark
  8. how about orange centres? just a thought... i think silver is best
  9. The problem with my F1's is all the nails sticking out of them
  10. I have an HKS Fcon V.... pm me if interested......

  12. There were so many supra's it was unreal!!!
  13. I'm trying to round up a couple of others that aren't on the forum (don't know why they're not), so it could be a nice turn out if everyone else doesn't get scare by the fluffy white stuff
  14. Thanks mate, where did you get them from?
  15. I might be... thinking about it... I really like the Volks, but not sure just yet. Basically getting a feel for the price etc...
  16. Surfcontrol does do very good reporting with ISA as i used it at the last place i worked, and could report on top users, amount of time surfed, top sites, etc....
  17. damn, who's that in your avatar?
  18. hmmmmmm, it's been a while, but i seem to remember the restore password staying the same even if i changed the administrator pw.... i might be wrong though. Like you said though, Winternals administrator pack is very good at changing passwords, as well as various linux utils (astrumi, backtrack etc..). I'll give it some more thought.....
  19. I don't think the DS restore password is the same as the admin one. When you do a dcpromo you're prompted to enter a DS Restore password as part of the domain controller promotion process. Have you tried all the usual ones that most untrained chaps use (blank, password, admin.. etc?). Have you got more than one DC? Does this server perform any other tasks other than a dc? If so, then you could always trash it and rebuild it, then dcpromo it again.....
