  1. Cheers Chris. People always complain if I don't use the search feature (reposts etc), and then laugh when I find an old one... you just can't win
  2. I'm pretty sure the M/T means Manual Transmission. Can anyone help me out here?
  3. Thanks Rob. Know anyone who would need one of these? I wish I'd been more savvy when I thought about buying it. It'd suit someone with an older car, but these damned vvti newer models give me a pain. Nothing fits. The rad pipes are different, the top engine cover thingy, the cams, the ecu etc etc etc... painful, but I love it.

    metal polishing

Cheers. Good on you for trying yourself.
  5. I'll even consider low'ish offers? (I'm not sumo power though)
  6. kslb... I see you have the infamous carbon fibre steering wheel. I had one and traded it to a mate for new uk & brembo brakes as I have tiptronic and couldn't use it (buttons on the wheel). I'm so jealous Wish the buttons were paddles...
  7. Hi Alex I'll be ripping mine open soon to put in the Valcon kit. Let me know by PM if you want anything specific (i'm not 100% up to date on the terms so you might have to be quite specific) like - the black thing next to the weird round thing Not that bad, but general areas and angles would be good. This engine build is lovely to watch by the way (after hijacking thread)
  8. I'm not entirely sure I'd recommend the SBC-ID, and I have one! You cannot set it on auto, so the settings are a trial and error setup, starting with low and then moving to more aggressive settings until you find that your boost is stable etc. This is fine, providing the weather doesn't change. When it gets colder, my boost goes higher etc. Nightmare! Also, the LED screens don't take kindly to heat, so mount away from high power radio and heat shield exhaust tunnel... If you're fully decatting and fitting 1.2 restrictor ring, the Boost Controller doesn't do a whole lot TBH. Gives you more control and flexibility in the lower ranges, but for the money you spend, having it over, I'm not sure I'd have done it yet. If you don't know what you're doing under the hood, it might be worthwhile getting someone to install it for you...

    Strut braces

My TRD fitted with no problems whatsoever and no flipping.
  10. Does the piece of adhesive that you put on the window to prevent ghosted images come with it or is it stuck in your car?
  11. Sorry, but I have to disagree, not really too my taste..
  12. Animal, I'm with you... torn between And justice and MOP as the best ever though.
  13. All good recommendations in this "genre" (disputed) anyway, lets not argue about what to call it, just enjoy it.
  14. By the way, I'm not making fun of you, just trying to be helpful...
  15. That's a tricky one. How "Metal" do you want it? Metallica is my favourite ever band, but S&M was pretty tame. Metal can be a wide spectrum... Do you lie any of their other work? Might give us some clues...
  16. aaaaaaah, you the daddy, thanks mate....
  17. ooooh, just saw the pic... Prrrretttttyyy
  18. Or even Kent Clark I agree on the cheerleader, but I prefer the mom...mmmmmmm, milf...
  19. You're probably right Jezz, but I had std disks and pads, so I wasn't impressed. I'm sure with a little cash you could make them better, but then you'd have to argue that if you're going to spend a little, may as well go a little further (as is the case with the supra on most things )
