I did the same thing. There are 2 types at Halfords. One will fit the connector in your car, but the bulb won't fit into the hole in the headlight. The other fits the hole, but not the connector. All you need to do is shave off the ridges of the one that fits the hole, and Voila!

It quitens the exhaust. It a big valve that sits inline in the exhaust system.

How does it work? Is it automatic or do you have to pull a lever? Also, how do you get the cable or whatever controls it into the car?

Good luck mate. Exactly the same as mine (minus the tweaks) etc. I'd hold on for your price. I've had nothing but joy from mine (maybe some pain but self induced) and the facelifts with VVTI in that colour just look so classy. Top example!!

Look at the bottom of the page. He even has one of those shark fin things on the roof to help aerodynamically fit the 20's, someone probably told him it would result in more upforce to raise the rear of the car enough that the wheels don't scrape Kidding. The dash is a piece of cake. I can have it out in about 3 minutes without any damage now that I've done it about 20 times.

I've used TDi South. Not cheap but they have some good guys there. They are good with HKS stuff but they don't know the Blitz stuff too well. Enjoy!

I was experiencing slight jerkiness at higher speeds and bad throttle response. After changing the fuel filter the jerkiness stopped and the power felt far more progressive and smooth. It's so easy to change and not worth ignoring really. Lean is not good...
