  1. http://images.pistonheads.com/aimg/1109/1109838-3.jpg Possibly the funniest photo on the internet.
  2. Mine was in TTC mode when diagnosing a faulty VSV, I really like the way it drove but the booming exhaust note whilst pootling around at 2500 rmp was way too loud.
  3. Yeah it's the way to go, Supra for the weekends Pug for the commute. It's got 155,000 miles on it now.
  4. Your wish is my command! Bought it for £250 2 and a half years ago, I'll be honest it the best car I've ever had. 1.5 diesel which equals no power but it extemely cheap to run. Parts are dirt cheap and touch wood never had a single mechanical problem with it. Cheers for the offer Todd but neighbour says she's going to pay to fix it so I'm going to support the local economy and take it along to the bodyshop.
  5. I think these poor jokes are detracting from the seriousness of the situation here!
  6. My thoughts exactly! Look at the quality decals, you can't buy them anymore.......
  7. My next door neighbour reversed into my car this morning Not the Supra but my ever reliable little pug 106. She's made a decent sized dent in it. Was looking for a bit of advice from any of the bodyworks guys on here whether they think this will pop back out ok. I'm hoping it will as the eagle eyed among you will have already noticed that this is no ordinary Pug but the highly sought after Aztec limited edition
  8. Thanks mate! Last question I promise The gap between the stud work and the wall is 110mm what thickness of batt would you use?
  9. Thanks Jamie! Ceiling joists are 30mm wide and 48cm apart.
  10. Yeah I wasn't going to touch them as I know it's part of the building regs. What the best sort of stuff to use Jamie? Something like Rockwool cavity slabs or just the normal cheap loft insualation? Also would there be any issue with laying some flooring up there so I could use it for storage space?
  11. Looking for a bit of advice from any builders or insulation expert on here. I've got quite an old flat that was built in 1900, it's had an attic conversion done by one of the previous owners. When I was lying in bed this morning trying to avoid getting up and going to work I started thinking that the height of the converted ceiling didn't go up to the full heigh of the roof so there must be a bit of space above the converted ceiling. There's a cupoard build into the stud work and the pasterboard at the top hadn't been skimmed so I removed the screw and low and behold there's a craking bit of space up there that runs the full length about 4ft in height so ideal for storage. One thing that's been annoying me since I moved in was the draft you can feel at the gabel end side of the building so I had a look at that side when I was in the roof space. There's no insulation behind the stud work and there's also air vents in the roof which I think is combining causing the drafts. Would there be any problems with stuffing some insulation down behind the stud work between the interior and exterior wall? I've attached two photo's of the space, not great quality as it was on my phone and pretty dark. Cheers Johnny
  12. Just seen this one.... wow! Absolutely mint condition. Good luck with the sale. For a brief moment I thought about buying this and swapping my TT engine, brakes and suspension over to it as my car was bought accident damaged so it's not perfect. But then I remembered that I'm completely skint
  13. 1st one looks superb! Nice work Soaruss.
  14. In that case DamanC's just pulled out the chopper
  15. Nice one, glad it's not my connection. Just done a speed test on my connection and all seems fine:
  16. Is anyone else finding YouTube videos extremely slow to load especially in High Quality or High Def mode? I've got a solid 8mb connection with o2 which is running perfectly for web/email/newsgroups/iplayer but YouTube is damn slow. I also tried it using my neighbours Sky broadband connection and YouTube videos were slow on that too. Been slow for about the past week. Just wondering if it was the same for everyone? My guess is that they're probably stuggling with the load at the minute I wouldn't like to guess how much bandwidth they go through in a day.
  17. Nothing wrong with that picture, as mentioned above it's for the vent to cool the rear brakes. I've got the car mad styling skirts on my car. The bodyshop said they were the best fitting fibreglass skirts they had ever come across! Here's them on my car: http://www.jwwebdev.co.uk/Supra/Respray/10.jpg http://www.jwwebdev.co.uk/Supra/Respray/11.jpg
  18. That my friend is one mint looking Supra!
  19. Follow the guide I linked to and just run through the steps, very easy to do.
