hmmm.If it was the valve stem seals it would smoke when it was started warm or cold wouldnt it.They do go hard and britle.But to state the obvious u said that u were not loosing any oil.Can u get some one else to start it in the morning for u and smell it.U will easy tell if its oil been burned.

2 bolts on each wheel arch a couple under each light plastic screws top middle under rubber strip where bonnet touches radiator gap plastic screws top of hole and bottom of hole and finally around the edge underneath i think there were about 6 bolts i hope this helps u steve s

thanks mate ill try again in the morning. did u pull the cable or move the latch if the latch do u need to pull both at once or do they work separate. also where did u get new cable from cheers

i tried that but couldnt get to the top end to pull the latches any other ideas:(

hi please does any one know how to release the bonnet when the cable has snapped.im going to cry.

hi all is there any one who can help.My 94 supra bonnet cable has snapped and i cant get the bonnet up.Any one know of a way to get it up plz.Ahhhhhh its driving me crazy
