  1. Yeah sorry I mean the starter trick not pulley belt one. Ooops
  2. Yeah this has been done a few times before on my old cars with no issue at all. Great trick.
  3. Pops and bangs does the job no need for AL.
  4. I have a washer bottle but no pump. Leak free from a UK spec.
  5. I couldn't agree more, extremely sensible. The bottom isn't in. Neo and a few tiny ALTs are the only things I have left, everything else is sitting in TUSD.
  6. The frustrating thing is the longer and greater number of people whom trade then understandanly the longer the market will take to reach anywhere near previous highs, regardless of new capital flowing in.
  7. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. HODL is definitely the right strategy unless you're a trader, have done FX course and the like and understand TA, albeit even that doesn't make much sense sometimes for cryptos! Ultimately if you believe in the tech behind each crypto then invest in those and stick to your guns, that's what I've done. I really do believe in NEO so still have all my substantial holdings despite being down 90%. I'll top up gradually too. It's easy to make a few ££ here and then trading cryptos, FAR easier to wipe all profits out and more by making the wrong call.
  8. Bear trap, small pullback only. Don't be fooled.
  9. Good choice. I run Michelin Alpin PA4 Winter Tyres and both Pilot Sport 4 and Super Sport Summer tyres
  10. Massive sex wees all round. Cracking work mate. Will look like new when it's all back together!
  11. Thanks Marcus. Yeah I think so for a fully working set that'll be a massive improvement over Jspecs
  12. Cover on and I run a decent dehumidifier in the garage which pulls a good amount of water out of the atmosphere.
  13. Price will be £500 with a used set of UK front discs and pads.
  14. I started a thread on this only a few months back and there were plenty of replies so check it out by searching.
  15. I have some fully refurbished UK Spec front brakes for sale for £450 mate. They're a significant improvement over Jspecs.
  16. Thanks gents. I'm surprised nobody on shitty Jspecs has snapped these up TBH. I purchased them for £300 and they've needed a LOT of work to get to near new standard. Much cheaper than new brakes and just as good as.

    Is it allowed?

So say I posted up a link to the full paint restoration of my Supra by KDS detailing, is that acceptable because the name is mentioned by me in my own thread? However, if a garage was to post up then not acceptable? My advice to the OP is get them to send you the summary of work and post it up yourself. The world has gone mad if that's not allowed.
  18. Yeah no problem at all mate. Reserved for you.
  19. For sale is a custom polished air intake cover. This sat nearly over my old single turbo setup and cleaned up the engine bay a little. This is for aesthetics more than function but I'm sure it helps keep the air filter a little cooler. Comes with the bracket for mounting. Surface masks on the polished top. Price is £70. Delivery an extra £10 or you can collect. Thanks Greg
  20. Hi all These will be complete and available for delivery or collection by the 10th December. One caliper now fully completed and painted, currently working on the other. I have just undertaken a full refurbishment of the front brakes. Firstly, all of the pistons, old boots and seals were removed and then the entire caliper surface was sanded down and thoroughly cleaned out with brake cleaner and an airline before the refurb began. This comprised of brand new piston seals, rubber boots and the c-clips. All of the pistons have been carefully inspected and meticulously cleaned up using fine wet and dry paper, a Dremel polishing tool and plenty of brake cleaner so they were perfectly smooth and without marring. I have replaced one piston for a brand new one in the completed caliper as there was some small pitting and chipped chrome which couldn't be flawlessly removed. If the other caliper needs any replacing they will be sorted with new too. All of the bores have been carefully wet sanded, fully cleaned and polished with a Dremel polish head too. I then proceeded to paint each of the Calipers using the excellent Foliatec Carbon Grey brake paint giving them 2 good coats for coverage and a couple of coats of lacquer with brand new Supra decals being applied. A final clean of the bores cleaned again with brake cleaner, pistons thinly coated in brake fluid and carefully replaced with all the new boots, seals and clips. The pistons now glide in and out of the bores smoothly. I have also replaced the pad retaining pins with new ones. At least 6 hours work has gone into one caliper including moving the previously seized pistons. They're now ready to go. I've done a couple of sets before so rest assured these are done to a very high standard and thoroughly checked over. I'm selling the pair delivered for £470 which considering new these are around £350 each is a bargain for effectively a new set. Thanks Greg
  21. Purchased from Lee P a month or so back. Sat in a box in the garage. Selling as not cutting into this beautiful thing to accommodate SMIC, will stick with stock tray. £200 including postage, saving of £25 on what I paid for it. Thanks Greg
