It reminds me a little of the truck driver who got points and a fine (probably losing his job) for taking his switched off phone out of his pocket and putting it on the dash board... Could have been a bar of chocolate and that would have been fine. I do wish there were some common sense in law enforcement in this country!

I don't understand why this would mean it doesn't need large discs? Surely the larger surface area the better braking performance, regardless of whether the energy generated from braking is stored or lost...

I recently replaces the wheel studs on my front wheels; they are very cheap from Toyota (about £10 for 5 iirc), and took me about an hour to fit (bear in mind I'm not that technically minded either).
