I've had the car since april and have only covered about 1500miles. All of the below has been carried out by myself since owning the car... Oil and filter change carried out 110,000 miles Plugs changed at 110,650 miles Coil pack clips changed at 110,700 miles Coil packs changed 111,000 miles O/S rear caliper and pads replaced at about 110,000 miles All 4 tyres are new The car is in excellent mechanical condition, pulls well and strong in low boost (0.8bar) and high boost (1.15bar). No problems and no smoking etc. The car also does not suffer from the normal yellowing of the headlights that you see on alot of the Jap cars. The car has 11months MOT and 5months road tax. The bodywork of the car is also in decent condition. The only bad point is the fact that the paintwork has been neglected in the past (by previous owners). The roof paintwork looks to be sun damaged. It basically has a faded/whiteish section running down the middle of it. It's not too bad to be honest, but the price does reflect this. Possibly an easy fix with a good machine polish/blowover of the roof section. Price : Price dropped to £4700 for a quick sale
  2. Fitting, I'd do myself to be honest, just need a price for the parts. You have pm mate.
  3. How much would a complete conversion kit cost to go from Auto to 5 speed for a TT ?? Curious about this as everyone goes for 6speed, obviously they can take alot more power, but wondering what difference it would be cost wise? thanks!
  4. Nah mate, not tried anything other than the clips and plugs. Clips did sort the situation out for a little while.
  5. Why would it be detonation? Car has walbro pump and only 1.15bar. No reason why it should be running lean surely? It also did work fine for a little while after clips were changed.
  6. £60 inc postage - I'm not gonna drop the price anymore! lol
  7. 3" is the norm for aftermarket exhausts.
  8. I've decided to sell my Greddy Turbo timer. It's unused as new. It's been mounted in my car, but never hooked up as I don't have the wiring harness for it. I'm in need of some coilpacks, so I thought I'd sell this to help fund them. It is the exact same as the one below. Like I said, as new in perfect condition. Unused. I don't have the box/instructions, but these could easily be downloaded. Info: Turbo timer with two standard programmable count down presets (P-1, P-2), two auto timer modes (A-L, A-H), stopwatch/lap time and attack modes along with a built in voltmeter and speedometer. Optional parking brake and speedo safety hook-ups. Looking for £70inc postage. These go for £100 new + postage. Mine is basically as new, just no box.
  9. I used nitromorse (sp) stuff when I done my wheels. It done the job to be honest, got it back to bare metal. Took a bit of work and also the use of a screwdriver flat blade to get it all off. Then rub it all with various grades etc to get it all smooth. Mine look miles better than the old silver oxidised wheels!

  11. I've done the clips and plugs on mine. Going to try a second hand set of coilpacks which were running fine at 1.2bar on previous car. Hopefully that'll sort the problem out.
  12. ?? You can physically hear my car sucking in cold air when you first start it. It does it until it's a bit warmer. It's supposed to do it - don't ask why... I just know it's ok. lol
  13. Can I have dibs on the spoiler mate? I'll know in a couple of days if I need it! Does it come with all mounting hardware? cheers, Jim
