  1. Buying second hand bits is a minefield and can be so annoying, it also forces the spec rather than getting the spec and parts to achieve your goals and them be proven to work in harmony with the rest of your build as well as just plain fitting and working! Getting the car back on the road and enjoying it sounds like the priority, I have had my TS Supra in storage for nearly a year and as much as I loved it I would not want it back, just want it sold and to move on so I understand your frustrations
  2. Open to possible px on this if you have something interesting to sell first
  3. Its actually a grievance between 2 staff, we are 100% following the ACAS procedure to which our policy is written cheers
  4. I have a problem with a member of staff that is on a zero hours contract and I could do with some advise, via PM or email rather than on the open forum would be most helpful, we are only a small business so HR is taken care of by my GM but we want to get this decision 100% right
  5. I am sure JM Imports could source you a tt6, your car would sell quickly I am sure it's a great looking supra
  6. The car cost me 25K, the car has had a full bare metal respray and is Mint, the £23K might have been tempting if I was desperate but I am willing to wait, its a marmite car so the right buyer will be harder to find JM value the car at £30K
  7. Jurgen at JM imported it for me I am the only UK owner
  8. PM was a silly low offer so still available via JM Imports
  9. I have had this up for sale for a while now and I am now ready to take an offer around £26,000, huge spec on this low mileage single turbo 6 speed Full Ad here and will come with a fresh MOT, would be a stunner on Dragonball 17 http://jm-imports.co.uk/index.php/1996-toyota-supra-rz-650ps-top-secret-g-force-kit/
  10. I am price dropping this to 26k with Jurgen who is selling for me
  11. We moved house this week and my sofa does not work in the new space due to its size, this was a purchase that was a real treat as the cost was about £7,000 new, we had the full electric recline in the single chair and 3 seater, the 2 seater is manual recline and has the deeper leather, all 3 pieces are in a light beige and are in Lazy Boy super soft leather, the condition of all 3 is excellent and of course in fully working order The sofa still has about 3 years warranty on it with certificate provided I am open to offers and it is collect only from Solihull West Midlands
  12. That the place, very friendly and the cars are almost new I actually liked the Corsa .........................
  13. I work in Marbella 2/3 times a year and I have tried several options for car hire, the cheapest I have found are just outside the actual airport via a shuttle bus, this is slightly inconvenient if you are the kind of person who has to be "on holiday by the pool in mins" but does deliver a decent save, I managed to get a Corsa Auto for £75 for 4 days in October last year all booked here in UK and was a 15 min additional delay in getting the shuttle bus, the place I used is directly opposite the San Miguel Factory, if you know Malaga you will know its literally just outside the airport perimeter Do watch out for the additional extras especially around accident damage cover which they hit you with upon arrival if not careful
  14. Going to all that expense to turn your supra gold .........
  15. JM Imports has a Facelift car at £13,500, fresh import TT http://jm-imports.co.uk/index.php/1997-toyota-supra-rz-s-vvti-tiptronic/ They also have a TT6 for £17,500 (reduced with good deposit)
  16. Given you time goals would a bigger turbo not be the way forward, with added NOS (pre spool) and high boost for best possible drag performance or are you keeping it sensible for street use
  17. The sudden rise in price has made even tired cars "pricey", I know its no reflection on today's prices but I have paid £3500 for a TT6, £3K for a BPU Auto in Black as £1500 for a Silver NA Auto over the years and all of these cars were in better condition than this one, I think the most important thing to factor in when buying a car now is the upkeep and the fact than many are sold because they have a growing list of things to do that owners just cant afford and fixing them is VERY expensive if done right
  18. Or that .......... I could switch to a sat nav screen as well then I guess
  19. If I was to fit one now I would consider putting in place of the stereo, this could be moved to the glovebox (I only listen to talksport or music from my iphone anyway)
  20. Fantastic looking cars, saying that many of the old Mercs are just stunning to look at now, the old SL is a thing of beauty
  21. Is your car the White one in your garage with the Aftermarket wheels, BOV, Stereo, retrimmed seats, BPU, strut brace, big exhaust etc
  22. I never said you did....... You have Uk brakes as well right, nice mod again BTW
  23. I have had NA Auto, NA Manual, Aerotop, TT Auto, TT6, Single Auto, Single manual, never had a big twin, still time though ! BPU Auto was the best for me BTW
