  1. Welcome If that was mine I would lose the rear wing for stock or TRD, stock bumper with carbon lip and meshed intakes and maybe a UK spec scoop and that's it I had gold brakes on my last black car which also looked nice imo
  2. I took it as a PX, had no desire for one to be honest, not sure I will keep it yet, early days but the practicality is good
  3. I have just Sold my Big single Supra and took an Evo 9 Wagon in exchange, The Evo is of course more modern feeling to drive but the interior is very disappointing, however the Supras interior is looking dated now compared to modern cars. The Evo is far more planted but the Supra if driven well is a fairly predictable car, inexperience or over excitement causes most incidents (or diesel) A big single Supra is a blast to drive and is still a force to be reckoned with, even by modern standards, it is however expensive to run, maintain and insure and with the prices going through the roof they are no longer a cheap base for power Also worth thinking about the cost and availability of OEM parts as the time goes by, they will become harder to maintain in the future I am sure if you were to get a ride in a single you would forget about all the above and want one, but take it from someone who has had a few, they can be a BIG money pit if you get carried away with them
  4. I have absolutely no religious faith or feelings, never have had. It amazes me given what we know how much of the world still believes in this made up nonsense and is willing to fight for it and in the name of it regardless of the death and suffering it causes, and I mean ALL religions
  5. You need half a mill to buy a 4 bed in Kings Heath these days
  6. My first supra had blitz technospeed alloys, great looking wheels
  7. Picked up the EVO today and really enjoyed the drive home but the Japanese head unit has to go, I would like sat nav and rear parking camera option, any recommended units, happy to consider second hand
  8. is that an escort cosworth on the ramp
  9. Seen a post on FB that RB Motorsport has had a major fire with clients cars in the premises, any more news on what happened ? - - - Updated - - - https://en-gb.facebook.com/RB.Motorsport.2732/
  10. In stock form they are around 280 BHP according to the reviews I have seen, easy to tune as they are basically an EVO 9
  11. I am picking up an Evo 9 Wagon tomorrow from JM Imports, I took this in a PX deal with my Supra and I am actually quite looking forward to it, driven a couple but never owned one, almost stock condition with just 70K on the clock, has a HKS Silent Exhaust and a couple of other little bits
  12. I dont see the 25K cars flying off the shelf, there are still a lot of dreamers out there, like it or hate it my Topsecret car was iconic but was for sale for ages, it was a complete princess with some amazing parts but ended up going abroad and the deal included a PX I could have done without Buying a TT6 Single is one thing, insuring, maintaining and running it is just out of many peoples reach and reality hits in once serious inquiries are made, thats why so many interested parties come to nothing
  13. Yes that's the one I have had 2 since the black single lol, they used to be cheap power but things have changed significantly!!
  14. I am interested in the black na auto on sale here and eBay for the same reason, I need to sell a couple of cars first but that would be a good base car
  15. looks like another fantastic trip, the cars much draw so much attention these days in the towns and villages !
  16. The Auto box will hold the power levels you are looking and with a good oil cooler will be reliable as well, if you can not afford a V160 I would question the Turbo route as well as you will be forever spending
  17. UK brakes, new intercooler and basic bpu is enough, I did hybrid turbos, 550 injectors, Syveccs bpu and the gains were minimal compared to cost
  18. I have owned all formats of Supra from BPU, Small Single both with Auto and 6 Speed and I would say without any doubt BPU Auto was the best driving and most reliable and would be my go to set up if I ever did it again
  19. Looks like a good base car with a 6 speed and 500 BHP https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/toyota/supra/toyota-supra-single-turbo/7136176
