  1. Nah mate thats not right, if the post have lost that I will paypal you back, not a problem, just give it until tomorrow and them PM me and I will send it over
  2. The money I have spent was putting the wrongs right from GTCars Also had Fuel system, AEM, 650 injectors, 6 speed conversion, 4 row Intercooler, fluidyne and polished fans, HKS Cam Pulley's, lots on cosmetics The Engine was standard apart from Cams
  3. Just had Supra call we all dred, car was being mapped for the final time and on one of the last power runs #2 piston has let go, causing pressure in the block and blowing the engine I have spent over 12K in the last 7 months getting this car to this stage and ready for the summer, cant quite believe what has happened today, not sure what to do next, I am in complete shock !!, I am tempted to just sell it as it is and cut my losses, what a s**t day, all before the Jap Show as well, that will teach me for talking about running in the 12's, now wheres that Scotch
  4. If the battery was fine as you say but then jump leads were used and started the car would you not think that all may not be well with your battery after all ??
  5. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=94808&highlight=headlight+change
  6. There is a thread on changing lights, I know I used it and it is easy and I should be banned from touching spanners !! I would not drive it just to be on the safe side, you dont want that oil to catch fire on the exhaust ! Does look like a big leak, how long did it take to create that pool of oil ??
  7. eek that does not look good and it is dropping onto the hot exhaust, I would not drive it until you find the leak and get it sorted
  8. Agreed but he was looking for the ultimate and had mentioned going single at a later date, this may save if he goes down that route ??
  9. This is for base mapping only, not the map every 3 weeks I do at present
  10. I have used F Con V Pro in my Skyline and AEM in my Supra, the F Con is very difficult to find supporting tuners but is a great ECU, the AEM is plug and play and gives you countless features including boost control, electric fan control, anti lag, over run, NOS control, full fuel mapping including race fuel, in fact it can control anything electronic etc etc, I have heard good stuff about Link and Motec also but have no experience Cost, you should factor in £1300 for AEM with map sensor, DLI and mapping
  11. i know it is more expensive but you said 'the daddy' perhaps you should think about a stand alone ECU as this would give you many features

  13. You should be making 12's this time, thats what I am hoping for with the NOS and the new Diff, the race diff was causing me to use 5th gear and was costing me time (excuses over now )
  14. I like to see that confidence !! I was gutted last time I was not made to wear a helmet !! I will be this time though
  15. I am in on this just need a time and I guess we use the services car park again
  16. Still those are great figures and made my T04R look a little 'lame' as you would expect from a fresh T51
  17. Gearbox now rebuilt and picking the car up Saturday, it's then going away for engine and turbo rebuild after the Bolney\Pyecombe meet Wow, so you are rebuilding the engine, who is doing that for you?? I would be up for the July RR session
  18. I have one going if its of any use ??
  19. All 4 of my Toyota chrome dust caps missing the other day, it must be the local kids they are always around the car, oh how i wish i had a garage !
  20. I remember my ex wife (not ex for the damage described !) coming home upset with a dent in the rear bumper of my ST24, I had only brought it a couple of weeks before, she cried and said it happed in a car park and when she returned it was there, I later found out she had done it by reversing into a post at work Moto - never tell you work friends anything it will get back to those you dont want to know !
  21. 2-3" each side sound very excessive and for a first time novice and no fixings to attach it sound like a body shop only job, and then they may refuse as it is so far out, this is the problem with copies that are poor quality
  22. the fast flash is a warning that a bulb is out, you may have a bad connection or broken connection to that bulb
  23. have you tried the WH shop in Lakeside shopping centre ?? Have you tried the ground's shop ?
  24. Yes I had the over run with flames just because I am a big kid too ! , I am back with Dan all day Tuesday to wire up the Fans to the AEM and fix a small boost leak then map to 1.5 and map in the NOS
