Thanks of the kind comments and feedback, we normally do around 8/12 breakfast, this includes options such as fried bread, omelettes, poached, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon etc, but not for the 91 we ended up doing

Good morning all from The Falcon As this event fast approaches I have been talking to the chefs and for those staying on the sunday night and those coming over to visit would you be interested in a fixed price bespoke buffet menu at £19.50 per person served at 6pm, we were thinking Spit roasted leg of lamb marinated with thyme, cumin and orange blossom honey, carved in the garden and served with minted yoghurt and harrisa in wraps Cajun chicken breasts with lemon and garlic Grilled halloumi with tomato and coriander Cous Cous salad with grilled vegetables and mint Spiced skin on wedges with sour cream Would just need an idea of those interested, no big deal if you would prefer to eat independently from our menu but thought this might bring you all together

As you have not gone wider or different in shape, what was wrong with the original wings, seems a lot of expense for no real gain?
