That car has had a lot of money spent on it and the paint job is very nice, think some people on here throw insults at others cars all too quickly IMO We should all remember that we drive old Toyota's and most of them have been modded in some shape or form and everyone has their own taste which is different

A little controversial but here we go, what does everyone think about asking another big Jap club like the Subaru, Evo or GTR owners and having runs against each other, would create a real challenge for the day and increase the numbers making it more appealing to the POD as they are only going to be thinking of revenue, I am sure the mags would be more interested in a challenge day, single GTR V single Supra etc, I would be even more nervous but also more passionate about winning Dont get me wrong I would really like to see a Supra only day but the numbers may just prevent this for the POD? It was the best car event I have attended so far and I have seen a few and I am sure we would have more runners if they had the chance to beat a rival club owner

That was my point really because are you buying for Kudos with your mates so they think your car is cool or because you want proper performance upgrades and an improved car, because there are some great non branded products out there that will deliver the latter, you could always stick a HKS sticker on it if its labels you want

Each to there own and I quite like them, you could buy the whole car, take the wheels, stick your old ones on it and sell it for 4K, then you get the wheels for nothing

It is about quality and brand name, just like buying designer clothes for example, you get the Kudos for having HKS or Blitz in your spec list and the items in MOST cases are of a good quality, but you do pay the price for the name as well as the item and what it does, the other end of the scale (xs power for example) has the same products for very little money, BUT the quality and consistency has been proven to be questionable at times, sometimes it is better to pay for quality once rather than buy crap twice!

No it is not 'stock' It has HKS mushroom filters (not great), a blitz rad cap, blue silicon vacuum hoses as far as I can see, but not a real issue IMO Just read that you had spotted the HKS stuff already, DOH !

I have the latest Aquamist system being fitted to the car with the engine build but I was reading that this dramatically reduces the charge temp from the intercooler, it would only be used on a WOT switch just for extra piece of mind really, still suffering with paranoia from loosing one engine to DET:)

Was bidding on a kit on ebay but it got too expensive, looking for a CO2 kit with bottle and intercooler spray bar anyone brought one and changed their mind? Cheers
