    Hi

Welcome mate Glad to see you have met Michael our resident grammer and spell checker What kind of Supra you looking for ??
  3. Pleasure doing business today mate and got the girlfriend out to the seaside for the day! I will bring it back to its former glory over the next few months, I will keep you posted Cheers again Dean
  4. I was really impressed today, as you know I have never driven a TT before, went straight into Singles, the stock TT is very quiet and smooth, I was very excited to get back in a Supra again after the year I have had with them, put it away now until Jan when I will let Matt's team at AFR give it a service, cam belt, Heater Matrix sorted and a SMIC
  5. My Single Supra has been of the road since July after the engine expired, I was close to selling up but im fact it has gone the other way......I picked up my new TT6 today http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=132779 and it was great to be in one again, they are so addictive, I had forgot how many people look and stare even in standard form, my Black single will be back soon but I have to say the stock car is great to drive, it was my first time in a stock TT I have also updated my garage ready for new pictures of the finished Phoenix build
  6. I had the same thing in Tesco's car park in the Summer, when I said it was a 95 he would just not believe me !!, what he did not know is how much I have spent on it most of the car has had something in its life
  7. I am loving these seats at the moment and only 4.5KG per seat, not cheap though
  8. The owner has not really put much effort into the description so maybe he feels its a bit of a pup to
  9. Putting her next to my old SAAB turbo helps , the paint is bright but has a few blemishes, will see what I can mop out tomorrow The boot is amazing, looks like it has never been opened !
  10. Well she is home and I could not be happier with it, Drove back from Southampton to Essex, in a TT for the first time (yep only ever owned single turbos), pulls very well and I am amazed how quiet a stock car is, had to look at the rev gauge a few times when stuck in traffic to see if it was running!! The heater is still giving a little heat so all my not be lost with the matrix and the stone chips will need some attention to make it mint, a wheel refurb is on the cards to The car will need a SMIC with the cam belt service as the one fitted is original and knackered, but all in I think I have done OK with this one , just need to give it a good clean tomorrow, Matt at AFR will hopefully get all this sorted when he opens in Jan
  11. Well done fella, this is a very nice car, is it a member ?
  12. Well perhaps.......... it would be rude not to take off the speed limiter and add a FCD, keep that between us though
  13. Well if something goes wrong I always have your Supra repair manuals on the shelf
  14. Thats the plan, going to do the very rare thing and keep it stock, will have the heater sorted, cambelt service and perhaps a look at the paint in the Spring, I have no need to mod this car, I throw the rest of my wage packet at the black one
  15. I would have thought it was worth more than that ?
  16. Hi Mate and welcome to the club It is BPU and if you do a search you will find lots of info on what it means and what it delivers Too slow again !!
  17. Well I am coming to you to sort anything out in the new year anyhow
  18. Yep, thats what I thought and the reason I went for it, its not like my other one is 100 % at the moment
  19. Heater Matrix needed, cambelt service needed, few stone chips, and has done 150,000 miles
  20. I wonder if they have them in stock still, maybe worth a try http://sgpracing-store.stores.yahoo.net/vehiflinplfo.html
  21. Well I am off to Southampton this evening for an early morning pick up of the new TT6, brought this car just because it was so cheap (He wanted £3750 ) , lets hope it is not a pup when I get there or its back on the train again tomorrow
  22. Watching with great interest, very different project mate, nice one;)
