  1. Thing is he will get a ticking off and that will be the end of it
  2. My HKS manifold just did the same thing, Matt at AFR did some work on prices for me and the cheapest was Kylestt in the US with a Boostlogic Manifold, still not cheap but a nice bit of kit
  3. Bump, need these out the way before the GF takes them to the tip !
  4. For me a true 500BHP car is enough for the UK roads, does not stop me always wanting more but I find this is all to often because of the bragging rights if I am honest I had built an R32 GTR 2.7 Stroker a couple of years ago with no thought in mind except for big power, and tuners will snap your hand off for a request like that, we got 735 hub HP, but the car was a pig to drive, carbon carbon clutch and a real handful on full boost, a BPU Supra or small single is the best in terms of use and power IMO
  5. I only see clip on real hair, which give no downforce at all edit..... now I see a huge spolier, it suits that car though IMO
  6. More aggressive with the black wheels, I like it
  7. I have a set of good stock 16" alloys with tyres and centre caps for sale, they would be ideal for a track day or for a car that needs a wheel refurb but can not come off the road, £100 for the lot, pick up from Purfleet Essex
  8. I have just had a fag and put it out in it so now its used, £20 posted
  9. Yes, it has been a money pit from day one
  10. I have a new ashtray here, can post for £20
  11. I have a Sony 23" TV with remote control for anyone who wants it, its black and in very good order, just do not want it now as we have a new TV, free to pick up from Purfleet Essex
  12. I had an NA Auto run around this year, paid less than 2K for it and was a very nice relaxed drive, however it was not very practical as a second car to another Supra and I sold it on, insurance is an issue also on an NA second policy, it is worth getting some quotes before you buy
  13. Great news Lui hope it all goes smoothly
  14. give it a go mate its great fun, you will not see any tyre damage unless you burn them to warm them up
  15. Dad has reduced price to £2200 to members on here : ) pistonhead link http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/724978.htm
  16. I would be worried about the no documentation, if you can clear that up the engine would be worth the asking price alone
  17. It is in very special condition by the looks of the photo's but way overpriced Here is an example of some US car prices in the UK for those that are interested, you get a lot of car for your money IMO http://www.dreamcars.co.uk/cars/
  18. I chatted with the owner for a while at ACE, I really dont think he knows what he has in terms of lack of safety and performance mods, the single build is very suspect in quality and the removal of most of the front end has been done for 100% cosmetic reasons with no thought for safety, however the owner did not seem at all bothered by any of this and he drives the car very hard The one thing the video does not show is that this car as a lot of rough edges and poor fitments of both body kit and engine parts, its a nice idea but not one that has been well executed the young crowd at ACE loved it however and a lot had there pictures taken with it
  19. Ha, she like to sprinkle a few flakes in every now and then, the rest is up to me !!, should have seen that coming, still its cheaper than the pony she also wants !!
  20. My daughter wanted a goldfish a couple of years ago, and me being the flash git went down to the local tropical fish shop and went the whole hog and brought a Jewel fish tank which have a built in-tank filter system which is quite easy to manage, gravel, plants, logs, bubble pump and a fw chemicals to get the tank set up, this cost almost £400 ! The tank needs a couple of weeks to settle with the new water before you can add fish, now this is the time to take a lot of advice from a specialist at the fish shop as they will die if you get it wrong, as said before some of the fish I have put in have died with the slightest issues, temp change, a rise in nitrates etc but some seem to be able to handle anything, unfortunately the hardy fish are a bit dull to look at! I change 10% of the water every week and the soft filter weekly also, then I change the carbon filter every 6 weeks and the other nitrate filters every 6-8 weeks, never changing them all at the same time as this is where the bacteria needed for the health of the tank live, I add a chemical to remove the chlorine from the tap water every time, I also add aquarium salt every other change to relax the fish and de-stress, make sure you allow this to fully disolve before you add this however as the fish will eat any leftover grains and this kills them (as I found out !) They can be great fun to look after and look great in the night with the tank lights on, just do your homework and read up on the do's and dont's or it can be an expensive hobby, as for marine tanks you need a lot more cash and attention to get that right and is something for another time I think
  21. Any power info yet, interesting looking engine bay, shame about the dirty seats and carpet
