  1. Yes I would be happy to jump off at the A12, The chinese place that used to be Bibbys, what time you getting there, I have your boot plastics for you also
  2. Great price on a very nice car with a solid engine, would make a great track project
  3. I am joining the Toddington convoy to the Pod, its a fair drive to Toddington from Lakeside with no convoy, anyone want to meet at Lakeside at 6.15 leaving at 6.30 for the drive up to Toddington??
  4. I am going to start at Lakeside services if any of the Essex people want to join me at 6.15 am edit, I will start a thread to avoid confusion !
  5. he also sells M3 mirrors, electronic superchargers and Lambro doors, that says enough for me
  6. Perfect, one more excuse out of the window I will be willing to share my new blue shiny helmet if anyone needs one on the day due to unforeseen high speeds as I will not be doing too many runs as the engine has only just been run in
  7. £30 at the pod and I will wear your shiny blue helmet
  8. Medium to large size, for the pod, not worried about the condition because if I stuff it I will feel like banging my head against the wall anyway, would be handy to pick up on the day
  9. Is it a requirment to bring a crash helmet for this IF I can get it to go fast enough
  10. I was thinking the same, no Toddington pre-meet this year ???
  11. The T04Z can give much more than 600, (it gave 735 on my R32) and that was my point really, you would be running lower boost and not using the full potential, I would go for a T61 or PHR set up as mentioned
  12. sorry should have looked closer, 6 speed box no problem with the T04Z, as for the engine it would be ok with high 500's but I would check it for compression before you start to ensure all is well, the T04Z is very similar to the T67 DBB
  13. I would think twice before you go T04Z on an auto box with a 100% stock engine
  14. Well done, did not know so much physical exercise went into this, made me feel a bit guilty opening up another beer..... for a second anyway
  15. Good for you for giving it a go, you keeping the rear spoiler ??
  16. I had the same issues and after going through the heckler procedure all was fine with no issues since
  17. I think these guys are rated as one of the best, Lui a member on here has used them and has always seemed very happy, I am sure others have as well http://www.gvncoachworks.com/
  18. Bobapple you talk about advanced driving courses and sensible driving in the same post as a race on the road with an RS4, the two dont go together, anyway... BPU will see you into the high 300's BHP and is more than enough, if you want 400+ then a small single will be required and there is plenty of stuff on that here, welcome BTW
  19. I think when you look for a company to take care of your pride and joy you should expect a good job for a good price, simple as that, I did not see anything in the first post other than a guy who wants a top job done on this car then he pays for that work, fall short, dont get paid, wish I had taken that attitude a few times in the past and maybe I would not have wasted so much money paying for unfinished sub standard work cant see how a club trader who provides such a service would get offended by such a customer and would not want his/hers business
  20. I would be interested in door mirrors, stock spoiler and rear view mirror
  21. You make it sound so easy, it never works out this way however, and as these cars get older it gets worse IMO Yes you can 'bolt on' a single kit but stock 440's and stock ECU is asking for trouble Do it right or doing do it at all, it will end in tears
  22. I dont think it steps on any toes, dont think anyone else makes these, I took an rear bumper CF exhaust thingy and the quality was excellent, this hood scoop is not for me but may look great on a black stock bonnet I would back a hobby application............as long as you start spelling fibre the UK way
  23. Just wrap the light in tin foil to protect it from direct heat
