  1. We have all discussed the TT Auto to 6 speed many times (hell I have even done one to my single) but the question is how easy/expensive would a NA Auto to 5 speed be, I think I can get an NA Auto for very little money but the cost of the 5 speed conversion may make the save pointless ?
  2. I was talking RWHP and I was right about it being aborted

  4. 100% yes, just need a car, dont think this will be a problem though as I am looking now
  5. Its really nice this one, surprised its not sold, just shows how tough the market is right now
  6. My GF was going to see Mamma Mia this weekend with her mom but something has come up and they can not go, they are for the 3pm performance on Saturday 24th and they are stall seats Row O of the Prince of Wales theatre on Coventry St, London Face value is £66 each Best offer near value takes them, will post out recorded delivery to ensure you get them in time Be a nice surprise for someone, if you like that sort of thing !
  7. Looking for a Supra again, this time I am going to be quite strict with myself and my spec needs are quite specific as the car will only come out from time to time and I want to have some track fun this year before I go to France later this year (and stay with the club as an owner!), the list of MUST HAVE'S is non negotiable to ensure I only get offered the cars I want and so as to not offend anyone with valuations as I dont spend much on second cars especially in the current climate I went to look at a car at a dealer today and it was pants, I also looked at a private sale R32 and it also had seen much better days so I come back here to cars that have some history with the club at least NA Supra Must be manual Must have no kit or be very subtle indeed Must have MOT Must be in full working order including electrics and heater Must be 2K max TT Supra Must be 6 speed (would consider a NA-T Manual) Must have no kit as above Must have MOT Must be in full working order including electrics and heater Must be sub 4K Not looking for heaps of posts telling me how unrealistic this is as those that know me know I have purchased TT6's for sub 3.4K and NA's for Sub 1.7K I have cash waiting if you have a car you need rid of Thanks
  8. The spending does not stop on a big single once you got the keys, if you are on a budget I would go for a nice BPU TT6
  9. Dont know why but I wanted to see this as a 100% Stock UK car, seems a shame when they have kits bolted on Good luck with the sale, oh and get that fog light off !!
  10. Cant see the point, a big single'd Supra, built engine driving the rear wheels is an amazing experience and one I will never forget, such a rush, cant imagine how heavy the car would be with 2 engines, it would handle like a pig and be as hot as hell, the rear engine would need some interesting cooling system and the drivetrain would be a nightmare

    Am I mad?

I cut my losses after whtt most would consider a stupid amount of money for a car that came out less often that Lord Lucan
  12. You can get a whole new bottom end for around 2K
  13. My car has gone to be fixed and sold yes indeed, I need a cheap NA Manual or TT Manual for 6 months, fancy a bit of track action and a few meets before I leave for France
  14. 4K reserve is too much though for an NA, even a nasty pink one
  15. Its true and there are bargains to be had, miss the Supra already so will get one for the time I have left in the UK and enjoy this one a bit
  16. The blue one is running a stock engine so no point swopping IMO, I would stick some nice wheels and brakes in this new one then stick a T51 on it and enjoy
  17. Like I said last night, sell one of them to me cheap if they are getting in the way
  18. I wound not fancy driving a Supra up the Alps in winter, with those sheer drops and 300 odd BHP going through the rear wheels the chances of hitting snow/ice at the wrong time is too risky IMO, nice around Monaco etc however
  19. Is it me but I am not keen on the front end at all
  20. Someone wasted almost as much money as me !!
