  1. Here you see the stock seat removed with the attached seat belt clip, asyou can see the entire seat and subframe are attached as one Here is my aftermarket seat attached the a separate Recaro sub frame which bolts to the existing holes in the floor and transmission tunnel This is the seat with a set of harnesses to avoid the need for the stock seat belt
  2. Did your seats come with sub frames if not you will need to purchase those, the seatbelt is fixed to the Supra seat so you will need harnesses or to relocate the seatbelt clip and bolt it to the transmission tunnel
  3. unless you see a dyno print out from a trusted dyno I would ignore BHP figures, they are often made up as you well know !!
  4. 9K would get you a very nice BPU, I would avoid a single at this price, will have issues that will be expensive to get right IMO

    Help!!!!

I dont think this is for real, not a TT for 2.5K, be careful mate
  6. A BPU liner will make high 300's BUT the engine is not as strong as a Supra, they are not as easy to get BIG power, you will need a single for 500 TRUE bhp, this will be an expensive road, I would buy a trusted single from the owners club that has a good history, or contact Jurgen on here and get him to import you one
  7. It was running a JUN 2.7 stroker and T04Z turbo, 1000cc injectors, Fcon V Pro, HKS everything, nice car, savage power, 735BHP
  8. easy then The battery relocation really does free up some space in a TT set up as I said
  9. Worth noting the GTS is the NA of the Liner world and you are always left feeling slightly inadequate and wanting of a GTR, they are very different cars
  10. Taking one off and replacing with a new one should not be too difficult, I have just started doing simple jobs myself after years of paying for others to do it, not sure I would take on a manifold just yet myself as it has such an importance in the running of the car
  11. I love the rear end of the R32 ! Little video of it here on the pick up from TDI after rebuild ! http://media.putfile.com/R32-49
  12. Battery relocation frees up a lot of space and makes the engine bay look tidy, you can remove the charcoal canister as you said, e.g with the battery out
  13. The 4 wheel drive system makes for a great launch and has better road handling than a supra, the build quality is not so good and the car is not as strong I find the Skyline more practical however a GTR will be more expensive to look after and mod than a Supra in my experience, it is a great car and I think the R32 GTR is fast becoming a classic, I dont really like the R33 but thats just me Couple of mine
  14. I dont agree with any of the above They are less common than R33 Lighter and therefore a tad faster Reliability is all but the same I dont think you will find they are cheaper than a 33 You have found the cost of owning a Supra a pain, I would think again about owning a GTR if you dont have deep pockets (I have owned a slightly modded R32 in the past by the way )
  15. you will be fine with just replacing the one mate, its not a F1 car after all
  16. NA value, thats anything from 1K to 4K so I am non the wiser, best of luck with the sale but a pointless thread if you are not willing to share a price with the club
  17. what are you hoping for price wise I may pay it, dont see how ebay will get you more money than a Supra forum for such a specific item
  18. Very sad news, so young, RIP fella
  19. Are you selling on here or not?? I am interested and would like a price via PM, dont want to get into a bidding war on ebay
  20. It looks very nice mate, all be a bit odd being blue on a red car, goes to be sprayed and fitted correctly Monday, cheers (I left my stock bonnet in the garage for you )
  21. I have a brand new adjustable front strut brace that does not fit with the new Border bonnet so it has to go, £40, pick up from Purfleet Essexor posted for £5 extra
  22. Hi mate sorry to hear your news For a quick sale with no MOT, Tax, snatchy gearbox and a turbo 'issue' you will need to lower the price IMO, I know this is not what you want to hear but I do think you may have a hard time selling in time at 8K
  23. Nice pictures, I dont like 3 spoke wheels but its your car after all , you would do well to get a new set of glass/facelift headlights
