Sounds like a plan, want to keep the stock look but have some subtle twists, I have the TRD spoiler coming next week and want black mesh on the bumper Would like to repeat the number plate changes as with the red car also Who will supply a UK spec scoop I wonder

Can I see some pics of stock bonnets with vents cut in those that have them, will go and check out the US forum as well I want to keep the stock bonnet on the new car but fancy testing Dave with something of a one off [GRIN][/GRIN]

Not so much, BUT to get the benefit the car may sit lower, no point having Teins and then having to have them fully wound up to allow for too big a wheel, they would be VERY hard as well when fully wound up Rolling of the arches is not expensive, cheaper than a set of Teins !!

The stock NA set up will 'squat' on hard acceleration, so in the workshop the wheels will clear the arch and you leave happy, but on hard driving they will rub, I would be prepared to have the arches rolled for 19" Also check on full lock for rubbing

Get a ride in a a T67 DBB or T04Z car, I tell you now listening to the Turbo spool you have now (sounds like my old T88 ) you will be amazed, the T67 is very responsive and does not demand a trip to the red line for 600 BHP

I think it should be fine, no moving parts so as long as the fitment is good you should be ok

Who knows what went wrong, it was replaced and sold, I never saw it and to be honest I had lost interest in the car

Mine only did 1500 miles (800 run in) before it failed, the bearings had gone I was told

I did not buy it in the end, couple of little things during second visit put me off It is well worth walking away having a think and then going back and looking again before you buy, something I wish I had done more of in the past, amazing what you miss the first time !

I managed well over 700 bhp on the T04Z (on a 2.7 stroker RB26) it has more than enough power for a stock rev limit

As my build was coming together a T51 kit came up for sale, I was talked out of it by several members in the end including Mark from Phoenix and was told the T67 DBB would be more than enough for a good road car, they were not wrong, at 1.5bar the car was a street monster and needed no more power, if you are looking for street power I would look at that or the T04Z IMO The T67 made my old T04R seem very outdated in its power delivery

I would say heat shield then, kwik fit would not be the place to go to get it looked at, they are useless
