The thing will all of the meat above is that the fat content is VERY low, this is great for your health but you have co cook with care as well done will be very dry

I would coat it in crushed black peppercorns and season with sea salt, then BBQ, keep it simple It has a nice flavour, tastes like well hung beef

it was in jest !!, not sure I would be too worried about a 50% tax rate on anything over 150K to be honest, most employees will take the salary in some other way (stock options etc) to avoid anyway I guess

Will the fitting of a FMIC to replace a SMIC effect the BPU boost levels and will the Blitz controller need setting up again or should it make no difference

Get to AFR this Sunday, was a great turn out last year and lots of nice cars and helpful advice, maybe even a ride in a TT and Skyline if you ask the owner nicely

My old one is for sale http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/985304.htm Your age is not really going to allow a GTR, the GTS has the looks but is not a great car, it is worth getting a drive in one, they are RWD and fun but build quality is not great -

I have owned both a few times and look what I drive The Skyline is more expensive to look after and tune, its factory finish is poor and it has a nasty interior, however the power delivery and handling is amazing, tough choice, as Jamie said, get a ride in both I have to add this info goes for the GTR range, the GTS is a very different car and is the not a match for a TT -
A great car and, awesome looks and killer performance, this will go abroad 100%

Depends on what you want/need, you can see 3 star food or you can see 5 star management, really depends on what type of chef you want to be EG, Foodfreak on here is exec chef for a very good outside caterer who would be great to work with to understand this market, you could work at one of the big hotels to get a taste for this part of the business or you could choose a fine dining restaurant like the Square or Marcus Waring at the Berkeley Hotel, let me know if I can help, would be a pleasure

Its a great ethic but if you are keen enough and good enough you should get paid for any work you do, I have some good contacts in the industry but I would be careful offering to work for nothing, it can get abused, you would be wise taking a week in a top place as a trial to see if you really want to stay where you are or if you need a change to a higher level Remember that you need to get exposure to the best chefs and restaurants early to get to the top, dont waste the years

Be careful with your loyalty mate, its is a very good thing but it can also hold you back, its a tough trade and you need to expose yourself to a variety of high level establishments to get to the top, you would be wise to consider a move at some point soon IMO
