  1. I would if you want a perfect job, its not going to be perfect if you do it yourself If not a couple of screw plastic caps would cover it as a temp measure
  2. That should be an easy filler job, getting the colour match right will be the most difficlut part on the blowover I would 100% take it to Dave (Supraloopy) to sort it, he is in Southend
  3. Not a bad look IMO , think!! I have done it twice now and always thought it was an aggressive look that suits the Supra Both cars here, really suits your car mate on the photo shop
  4. I would have never left the place with it, I would have still had my £40 in my pocket also, Long gone are the days where I pay for a crap job, too many places have given me the lesson in the past, hope you get it sorted, I would have gone to Speedwells he did a great job for my in-laws on their BMW wheels
  5. its the cheapest E55 in this condition I can find, it will go to ebay Monday, Have a replacment coming so it has to go
  6. This goes to show the reason why copy kits appear to be such good value, the prep etc involved is amazing, I am sure you will get it looking mint Dave, you managed to work wonders on my cars but it does make you think sticking with OEM is the way to go Wonder if te kit will seem good value with all the labour added (even though this is where Dave usually pick up some of the pain)
  7. No, but it is my kind of impulse buy, just look at my aviator, I have to say the US V8 market gives you so much more for you money, the upgrade/modification scene is sooo cheap compared to the Jap Turbo market Just look at the prices here, I made really big changes to my Camaro for peanuts http://www.summitracing.com/
  8. Guy I sit next to in the office is selling his 2004 Silver Mondeo Auto, mint car, he is leaving the country, do you want his details He is looking for 2K
  9. The knob does pull off, then there is a locking nut underneath
  10. Paint finish looks great, I loved my car with new paint, made it look almost new again Spoiler or not its a good looking car
  11. I dont see the problem, what did we expect the dealer to do... keep it for himself, sell it at a loss seller got what he wanted, he even offered the forum a chance after the dealer had offered cash and knowone took it, all seems like fair play to me
  12. It would have been attached to the ECU so Paul would have found it I would have thought
  13. Ahhh makes sense, so is it a stock TT6 ?, stock injectors etc Do you have a stock ECU back in its place now ??
  14. Mmmm it is an NA right ?? I wonder if you have larger injectors and this was controlling them ??, Paul would have picked up on that though I would have thought
  15. Why have you taken it off, its a fantastic bit of kit ??
  16. What a shame, that would have been a great car before the conversion, why on earth would you do that
  17. Epic fail Tom, it's a packet mix after all !!! You could have added some flour and cocoa to dry the mix it bit
  18. if i still have it and I have the replacement brought you would be welcome, you would just need to sort out a short term insurance policy and I am sure we could arrange a tidy hire price, much better that hiring a Ford Focus !
