  1. Welcome - Just get a TT to start with
  2. Fit a lift kit mate, run low when it allows
  3. Gold it is, wheels are already gold with chrome lip will get a refurb just tinder it off, engine bay might get a tidy up also
  4. I never keep a car long enough to sign up to a lease hire, get bored too quickly, my missus did get a new c class on a 3 year deal in 2010, was nice while it lasted but when it went back the addition to the bill for tyres, excess mileage etc put her off doing it again Worth adding I purchased a Frontera diesel from little Num on here a year ago for tuppence, went straight through the mot and never let us down, perfect run about and has no depreciation left to do really
  5. Will discuss with paint shop options, don't want to go too far away from a Topsecret standard though
  6. Good choice, I have a similar driving style so the T88 works for me, a fast spooling turbo (I have had several) just sees you on boost all the time and gets you to silly speeds around town
  7. I actually really like red on Supras and I think a nice deep red would look good I have seen a dark grey TS car https://uk.search.yahoo.com/yhs/search?hspart=SGMedia&hsimp=yhs-sgm_fb&type=20150520_155_ie.sshome_bgenrc&p=topsecret+supra+ If you scroll through the pics you will see a red one but it is a poor picture
  8. If the TS paint is £400 per litre it best make the car go faster or a get a Smokey t-shirt with it !
  9. Car came from Topsecret so getting the paint from them should be no issue at all
  10. Not purchased any paint yet no, but it needs to "pop" to do this shape justice I don't plan to change the spec of the engine as it will degrade the TS build, I actually don't mind the T88 style, its not my first T88 car so knew what I was getting, all or nothing on boost !!
  11. Nice but I think the car looked better with the XXR's myself
  12. I have owned the Supra for around 7/8 months now and it has been 100% in that time, I had a very interesting business opportunity come up last month that needed some serious investment but tis has now passed so I have decided to keep the Supra and invest in it, the car attracts attention everywhere in goes, it is not always positive but that is part of the fun, however the colour lets in down in my opinion so I have decided to go for a full respray in Gold, more details to follow as it happens, it will also get a full service while away
  13. That is very tempting at 10K, having owned an R32 GTR I can only have praise for the way it drives and is far more practical than a Supra
  14. I would not worry at all about making conversation, the reason I have been around so long is that the members on here are in the most a great bunch who really make you feel welcome, you will have some great memories to take back from a Dragonball
  15. I have one more viewing of the car tomorrow and if this does not lead to a sale I am keeping it, the business opportunity has passed now and I don't need to sell I would like to do Dragonball this year, had such fun on previous run, this time the missus wants to go which is nice I think the car will get some subtle work in the spring to make it a little more special, I might even look at a colour change
  16. Without a formal method of fuel control I would look to fit a quality AFR gauge to give you piece of mind, a walbro fuel pump replacement would be a must also if you are on original pump, remove the elements of risk
  17. Fuel pump is needed, the bpu list is tried and tested, I would not run the uk turbos to 1.4 bar myself without fuel control or an afr gauge but that's just me I would also switch to 98 Ron fuel
  18. I would do the bpu conversion first and see if that is enough for you, it's the best value performance with little risk if you keep it to 1.2 bar max
  19. I ran 440 bhp on hybrids bpu with syvecs and an uprated fuel pump
  20. Most fun corvette C4, most comfortable 740i BMW, most powerful R32 GTR and most attention Z28 Camaro
  21. My Supra has not sold but I am still interested, you open to offers
  22. Wrong on both counts really, no point having a stock space saver if you run big brakes and larger wheels and if the system fails it returns to low setting so can not rub arches
