  1. This was from Dusty from this thread on the BC rods I purchased http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=135209&highlight=brian+crower+rods This is what I got from Brian Crower, dont know if it makes sence The rods we have in stock right now are "I" beam and the weight are 495 (g) The bolts weigh 57 grams. Thank you, Dustin
  2. During my build with Mark we swopped at the last minute from Eagle to BC rods and ARP bolts, the weight difference was significantly less, we did weigh them so I will search to see if I can find it
  3. High boost single on a stock ecu and injectors, blown crank seal, I just hope you dont need a new engine let alone a single kit I feel for you as this car will end up costing £1000,s to put right and I have not even seen it Might be worth considering cutting your losses and selling on and starting again
  4. John (Foodfreak) has a VVTI with Fcon V and ran a T61 and now a new billet single, he has had no problems at all, worth a PM
  5. As you know I needed an Auto for my GF, she was very fussy about what she wanted and we visited may second hand car dealers and private sales, have you considered a new car, we ended up with a new C class Merc, 200 CDI in fact and I have to say the service was exceptional, the car is fantastic and the Merc repayment scheme makes it very affordable IMO
  6. that clicking sounds like the car does not haver enough power to turn over, I would say the battery is flat
  7. Nice in Black to http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1413194.htm
  8. It must be due to the weight of the GZ and GZ aerotop car against the others, cant see any other reason why
  9. Maybe better to have the hole tapped and then have a bolt inserted for added security, a bung could leak and you dont want that
  10. The stock temp gauge is very slow to react, this is done on purpose, the gauge only ever moves above normal once there is a real problem I had a Defi water temp gauge and it moved all the time giving very accurate temp reading, these were of course higher in traffic and hard driving, this gauge also had an alarm to warn of high temps, this saved me when the thermostat failed, the stock gauge never moved until the last possible second, it then went from normal to max in one sweep ! It therefore gives greater piece of mind and a better understanding of whats happening There is a downside to gauges of this quality however, you tend to watch them all the time and worry about every movement, or was that just me !!
  11. Tesco are doing a complete surround sound system with 5.1, DVD and multi inputs for less than a ton, I could get one for you and post it ??, you just pay the cost Its Technica or what ever Tescos own brand is but its cheap Could get the full spec tonight as I have to go shopping again I am told ! This one http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.206-0497.aspx they do an upgrade for £149
  12. Best of luck, sounds like a good move to me
  13. Agreed, however the leader board is pathetic in terms of power and you car should be right up there, 2nd place at least What experience do they have of a single turbo Auto Supra, I dont see any on the list and if they had ever done one it would have been on there
  14. Can they handle the Supra Auto box and any mapping/mechanical issues you may have during the run ?
  15. I know a few people with nice boats, they tell me they are a whole different leauge of money pit I think I would take a bit less power and nice living space, but then I would be more interested in fishing than speed on the water Trips to France sound fantastic, a trip to Puerto Banus would be cool, I work there every summer and the boats there are something else !!
  16. Nice, if i was to have a boat it would need to be something I could sleep on in comfort, with a shower etc, I know this does not come cheap though !!
  17. Have you taken on the cafe restaurant on the ramp under the Grand Hotel in Southend, I was looking at that myself
  18. Thanks for the feedback and you make some valid points I dont like frozen at sea fish, freezing white fish changes the texture of the flesh and also makes the flesh watery IMO, there are some fantastic fish suppliers in the area who can supply fish fresh 6 days a week,I would consider closing on Sun and Mon as it happens as fish is not so good these days and allows one team to cover the shop Have several placestolook at, the rubbish weather has delayed this somewhat but no rush, the place and location has to be 100% right for me
  19. If I was not fixing up the Corvette right now I would snap this up, nice 2nd car for someone, I have owned a 924 and they are great fun, this one is a great price http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1984-A-REG-PORSCHE-924-2-0-AUTO-RED-WITH-MOT-TAX_W0QQitemZ330393597915QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAutomobiles_UK?hash=item4cecfe37db

    Mods Done!

No, you will need a piggy back like an Emanage or a full stand alone Neither required for BPU unless you change injectors
