  1. Good result, I have owned a couple of NA's and wanted to turbo them , you have proved if you have spent a few quid in the looks department of your NA you can get a good BHP output without a car change, the NA - T option is viable
  2. Thats the ones I am after, were do I buy them Ping G15's seem to be the #1 choice
  3. Happy to pay Ping G15 money, the 2 that keep coming up are Ping G15 and X20's, just want to get it right this time
  4. Right, Can I have Dean then, if this can be done I will buy a Supra
  5. Exactly my point, you used your name, and a cool avatar, everyone actually expects you to look like him you know
  6. After looking at the new starters threads today I wonder who wishes they had thought a little longer about their club name.. I know I do I had an R32 GTR with quite a lot of power and it still had J Spec brakes hence tooquicktostop but with hindsight it would have been far easier and better to have been Dean or Deano as it is a little odd telling people at club meets that you are tooquicktostop ! I dont want to change it now though as it has been too long
  7. In my case Heres my new toy I will never sell this one For Sale
  8. Well I have played golf for years on and off, never get time to play very often due to work and have ranged from 16 to 24 as a handicap, currently playing off 20... just I keep my "nicer" set of clubs in Spain as I play there 3 times a year (my parents live there), they are John Letters and I play Ok with them but they are old now Here I have a very cheap set (Tesco's... don't laugh) I want to replace my UK set, I want a club that is forgiving and is something that will last for a few years, any recommendations, I have looked at Ping G15 and X20's both feel good, I will not be playing much more than once a month so will never be the next Tiger Woods, also looking for places that have a deal on the best clubs
  9. Where's the boot release What does the red button do How much for a single build How much power does the Auto box take When you think about it there are plenty

  15. I cant keep them all Here is one of the interior before the stereo was fitted, will get some stereo pics in the daylight You really need to come and see the car to appreciate it though
  16. Well I said I would never sell but I have just purchased the Golf and I have no parking space for another car, what can I say I love this car and am very sad to have to put it up for sale, it is a real head turner and has been a huge fun project Its a 1991 Auto C4 Corvette 5.7 litre V8 I brought the car from a member on here, it was in good sound condition but needed some TLC, I hate things not working so the mission started to get it back to its former glory, this has taken a lot of time and cash, I have done the following 1.Full engine service including all belts 2.New rear brake discs, pads and lines 3.New front brake pads 4.Fixed all electrics (drivers seat, windows etc) so everything works 5. All new door rubbers and seals ($400!!) 6. £1000 worth double din pioneer stereo with Focal speakers all round 7. Full decat hand made by member on here (still have CATS) 8. Full wheel refurb on stock wheels with new centre caps Car has a huge and detailed service history with lots of old MOTS and tax discs Comes with a new Haynes Manual and original sale receipt Autobox with overdrive Cruise control Pop up lights Air con ice cold Digital dash all functioning Only 54,000 miles Tax until end Jan 2011 MOT until November 2010 The car is a joy to drive and sounds fantastic, the targa roof does not leak at all I will not be pushing the sale to pistonheads yet will see if it goes here first Car is in Purfleet Essex Best offer around £7,250 takes it away
  17. Will you please stop breaking it already, look after it for me Hope you get it sorted, they are an emotional roller coaster that's for sure
  18. You have to love Supra's, how may other cars would you buy back after owning them before.... Actually thats a good question, I regret selling quite a few of my old cars and would actually buy them back now Good to see this staying in the club
  19. Well without sounding like Mike Brewer..."mine not a million miles away from that in looks!" ............ could I actually make a few quid on a car, no it can't be
  20. Will have to ask the MK1 GTI owners club see what they have to say, I have changed my ways actually, I dont over mod cars now..... IMO anyway , have been very guilty of over doing it in the past, changing things for changes sake The Vette is almost returned to stock glory with just a Forced Induction kit and a full decat, the rest is all restored stock
