Well Dave has it, basically it’s close to scrap which is a challenge! Full assessment this week then the plan of action, it’s so much nicer to turn a pup into a nice car but need to balance the cost More to follow

Looks like there is enough interest so will keep this updated The car is now ready for collection, I have taken off a fair amount of stuff and labelled it all up in bags, much of this will probably get replaced anyway

I have purchased a 1971 MGB GT (my birth year car) and have spent the last couple of weekends stripping the car back to understand what is repairable and what is to be replaced in the restoration. The list is growing ! I am having the car transported to Dave Whitte (Supraloopy) in Benfleet at Dave Whittle Services who has worked on my cars many times Is these any interest in the restoration process being documented on here, it will be a good place for me to check in as it moves forward and Dave updates ?
