    Garage doors

I've just had mine fitted by a friends dad company, they are actually in Chesterfield too, near the VW dealer on the bypass. Chatsworth Garage Doors - http://www.chatsworthgaragedoors.co.uk/ I had a sectional insulated door fitted, Horman make, fully remote/electric it's fabulous, its sealed all the way around also, loads warmer in the garage/bedroom above. They are fully locked, you cant lift them up, with the power on or off you'd literally have to smash it in, but with the thickness of it, would be hard! Mention my name you might get some discount too. Some pics: Before After Mechanism Sealed
  2. http://srdtuning.com/shop/index.php?route=product/product&path=60&product_id=85 or more options for spec http://srdtuning.com/shop/index.php?route=product/product&path=60&product_id=86
  3. This is Alex, usually at squires.
  4. Im happy with my cover, but they are increasingly hard to get a hold of, i plan to be on hold 30 minutes every time i call them. And i've had no experience of claiming (touch wood) and this is mostly where they fall down (from previous threads) Nice as pie taking money, not so nice giving it back. Agreed value is not market price.. Agreed value is what you agree with the insurer based on what you've spent with receipts to prove. Ultimately the FULL cost of replacing your car, including mods if you binned it.
  5. Youll have to let us know how it is, this is the one i'd buy if i ended up getting one. The tracking and pre-flight maneuver features are great.
  6. So in other words, Bald tyres, no MOT, Stood for 5 years, Crap paint job But no mention of this in the original advert, nor mention of the damage to the front bumper clearly visible in the pictures but brought upto new standard?! Honest seller?
  7. did the NA's have a 2nd decat? or just the first?

    Europe

They have already called for a 2nd independence ref this morning.

I think they just voted in spite because they didn't get their independence!
  10. id be more worried about the exposed strands of wire on both cables, they could easily touch as they are next to each other, get more tape on it.
  11. Again, this isnt how agreed value works. You need to figure out how much you could buy your car for again (along with all the mods) not what the general public thinks your car is worth (market value) The way supras are at the minute you'd be looking at 9k for a stock GZ on it's own, more for one with your mileage. Then you need to add on the cost of your mods, the insurance company will ask for receipts for proof etc. If you have receipts for 18k (except any service receipts etc) then you'd be looking to get the agreed value around that. perhaps £15k etc
  12. The new sky box allows this, Sky q You can record 4 channels watch a 5th and stream sky to another q boxes around the house, it's like multi room but wireless
  13. looking good dude, glad its finally getting finished. That number plate flipper is same as mine, it's asking for trouble down there lol.
  14. Eh? You do know those recaro seats are around £1200 each, quick retrim which im sure the garage owner could do, he'd have those seats done and dusted for around 6000$ ....
  15. What was the actual failure % you tested at? you say 1% over, well if it was 4% then it's a fail? before it all kicks off on his page lol
  16. That just means from 000001 (starting at 1) so that would suggest every supra after 000001 (all of them)
  17. Interesting as it doesn't say if it's UK or not, just all?
  18. Yeah the UK spec has specific limits in the MOT emissions book, probably lower than 0.3, perhaps higher, i don't know the actual values. But yes None UK cars must be tested as such with the values above based on their registration year. Would be a pain arguing with a test station though..
  19. His post almost makes it sound like he doesn't like the car. Wouldn't be surprised he tested it wrong for that reason. Bit un-professional posting which cars fail whilst ripping the car. I'd be having a word. Al, the cat test is different for imports, only the UK supra has emissions mentioned in the mot book. It needs to be less than 3% or whatever it is. rather than the normal cat test of 0.3 (figures might be wrong) but the pre 97 cat test is lower values, only the early 93's can get away with no cat at all.
  20. quite possible! I had the same thing on the audi this morning so im going with AC condensation, was just a lot of it
