i just fitted a new rad to mine with the auto cooler and its been fine, it was of the fluidyne varity tho, dont need that viscous anymore then? -

used to work as a valeter many moons ago, one of my colleugues decided he didnt like a bmw and burned through the paint on the bonnet 350quid later he did it again not really didnt like, just didnt know it would do it

Got a few night pictures from my phone, unfortuantly the pics arnt that good and it hasnt really picked the blue up. the chrome effect paint is crap, well the one i used was, its just a metallic silver, not actually nowhere near chrome, the toyota ones are dipped in some way there is a way to do plastics.

pop to your local graphics place, or platemakers and just ask them to make you a plate to your dimentions which you will have from measuring what you need

the main beam is a completly diffrent bulb so no, this is just for the normal dipped beam. If you wanted the main(full) beam done too, you would need another kit, although because they take a few seconds to warm up they wouldnt be any good for flashing etc.

yeah with them been cheap hopefully they last, the documentation with the bulbs says 3000hrs

one went onto the ground near the drivers side headlight (the ballast holder) and i tiewrapped the other at the side of the battery and under the fusebox loom so its pretty tidy. was thinking of taking out the lights and putting the ballasts under the lights but the standard wiring didnt reach that far.
